They literally gave me a half cup of coffee? I’m so confused by this. Why would they give me HALF. I see where you need room for creamer and sugar.. but this HALF filled. Was this a joke? Very disappointed.

So I come to this Starbucks.. I order a drink and NOW if you ask for No Ice . They charge you an extra dollar. Which is new. I have never seen that. A billion dollar company and you charge more for no ice insane. Then they make the drink and they messs it up. After charging me the $1.00 you still messed it up. And then they take the drink they messed. Any other Starbucks.. they just fix it and remake it.. not take your drink.. Think twice before going to this one.

I been the member for 10 years already, first time so Disappoint about the Starbucks specially this location. Terrible service, really Poor amount of extra foam or pearls with paying $1.25 on each for adding. $8.3 for a Grande Summer-berry lemonade looks like a regular order in other locations !!!

Fast and friendly drive through. But they didn’t have any lemonades or anything but coffee. The new cheese thing is really good it’s sweet and cheesy at the same time. I always have trouble ordering in this coffee shop because they have to many different types of coffee it’s really hard to understand and read what every coffee has. And all the coffees I drink here are sour, not sweet and I bereft drink them not really tasty

Rude. No one greets you when you walk in. Drinks served half full and if you request your pastry warmed up they serve it cold, still in the plastic wrap it comes from the bakery. Really nice location with horrible staff

If I could give it a zero I would. I order one of my go to drink at this location which is a strawberry açaí lemonade. The drink was watered down and I only received about three strawberries. When I talked to someone who was there, they were telling me how the drink is made and they do put a scoop of strawberries but it does not seem like they do. Never coming back

I come here 3-4x a week! Always quick drive thru and drinks are usually good despite being out of items often. The one time I come in just asking for water they say “it’s for customers only”… I spend so much money here on a weekly basis so this just really put me off.
