This Starbucks is literally three minutes away from my house, which means I frequent there at different times. I would have given a five and this is just based on the morning crew. The morning crew is absolutely amazing. They make the best coffee with love and they’re very friendly they get a tip from me every time I step in there, but the reason why I’m giving a three is because when I tend to go in the evenings, there is a chubby chick there with black hair and glasses, and she has such a terrible nasty attitude on top of not being able to make coffee. When I see this woman there I walk straight out of the establishment. I’ve allowed her to make my coffee three different times before I left a review and each time I had to get it made over again and it’s still never right. I never ever have to have anyone make my coffee over she’s the only one. I won’t even go through the drive-through at night because I’m so scared that she’s gonna make my coffee. Do better Starbucks! Let’s make sure that your evening crew is matching your morning crew’s energy because one bad apple can spoil the whole set.

The staff is actively not filling the drinks all the way contingent upon receiving tips or not
I have tested this out about 10 times.
The five I tipped. Cup was full. The times I didn’t tip. Cup was about an inch lower.
What a weird thing to do also. Seems the whole staff is in on it.

My experience at this Starbucks was incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and they kept forgetting my order even though I tried to remind them multiple times. I felt completely ignored, and the overall service was far below what I expect from Starbucks. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

I think I have to say bye to this coffee brand restaurant. I still remember the first time I purchased a coffee in Starbucks was 2005, it’s full of warm, I was still a college student and I don’t know what coffee I want, they smile and let me know what kind of coffee they have, and may add what toppings for free include whip cream or steam milk. So I am their loyal customer for almost 20 years I still have their membership card include the black one and gold one for collection. I also have their ‘treat on us’ gift paper and solid gift card (it may in my photo books in my mom house), it was full of my memory with starbucks

And now because for health concern I rarely drink coffee. And yesterday I want to taste Starbucks again with my family. When I go in and want to go restroom first, the waitress Andrana don’t let me in and insisted make purchase first, even though I promise I will order and indicates I want to go restroom first. After restroom, my order was late and I am the last order, and I hope I am the last customer of this store to make me feel better myself

Actually I start don’t feel great when I order something from Starbucks last couple years, they don’t smile anymore, attitude is not good. And now I think it’s time to say bye.

I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks. The baristas didn’t seem to care at all — they kept overlooking my order, and I had to remind them again and again just to be noticed. The service was chaotic and unprofessional. I’m really disappointed with this location
