My daily spot. Drinks are always correct, and the baristas here make an effort to communicate and get to know you.
It’s a nice, modern Starbucks in front of a very busy Costco. Always busy, but always clean and fast!
Seems like they keep staff longer here. Not as much turnover, and everyone works well together from what I observe and hear.
Restrooms are nice and well kept.
The mobile order area is a little tight and confusing. Sometimes there’s 3/4 people hovering because it’s sort of in a corner and behind the condiment bar.
Love that they stock the bar fully now!!

They didn’t call my name because the workers were to distracted talking to each other. They saw I was standing there alone, no one else in the room but me waiting and didn’t even care to ask again. Waited like 8-10 min after my drink was ready. I got annoyed honestly such an easy job to do and faild miserably with those little important details. And I was in a rush to top it off. Smh.

Amazing customer service. Walked in to this Starbucks for the free WiFi and water and I was treated like a regular customer. That is rare and that left an amazing impression on me. The is a nice low key location inside the same shopping center as costco. Coscto is always super busy but this Starbucks is fast friendly and had plenty of parking.

Pretty standard. Big dining room which still has tables and stuff. The staff are always awesome. They always ask if I’ve gotten my online order if I’ve been standing their for a bit. Never get my orders wrong. Consistent good stuff. Usually get the food and drink out pretty quickly.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My wife and I went through the drive-thru, and she made a purchase. After parking nearby to head into Costco, I went back to use the restroom before shopping. An employee (wearing glasses and a mustache, cleaning tables at the time) refused to let me in, saying I had to make a purchase first.
I explained that my wife had just bought something at the drive-thru, but he still wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom. That was frustrating and unnecessary — we were paying customers. Most other Starbucks locations I’ve visited are more accommodating, sometimes even allowing non-customers to use the restroom.
Unfortunately, this location chose to turn away an actual paying customer, which left me upset. I won’t be returning here again.

Barista Vianey was very rude and had a poor attitude. Terrible service. Starbucks hiring standards have apparently gone downhill. So disappointed. They used to have kind baristas and service comparable with Chick-Fil-A

The young lady who helped me was very professional and courteous. She spoke to me very sweetly. I noticed she was also speaking very nicely to older people and calling them “Sweetie”. I’m under the impression that she must’ve been the manager. I wish all employees at Starbucks had her attitude. Great employee and I really hope the company takes good care of her.
