I have never gotten any food from SBS, but the coffee is great always make it perfectly. Atmosphere is great also. My favorite SBS, it could be because is one of the ones without a drive thru. Hate to rate it because now more people might come.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last few months because the drive thru down the street always messed up my order!

A few weeks ago they had workers by the name of Christina, Shannon, Genesis and Kiera working there and the energy was always great ( I haven’t seen them in a few weeks) but the last few days the barista seem sad. I asked who the manager is and they said some new guy temporarily and pointed to him one Sunday … the baristas always seen sad around him
I know transitions happen but can I get the old crew back. They had good energy and always made me want to come back

Customer service everytime I go is bad. I try to avoid this store. First time some lady was saying something about where I parked like she was parking enforcement or something. Second time some guy who I highly believe was the manager said some smirky comment “did we mess up your order again” and started laughing to his coworkers after I came back to get an Uber eats order. This was 5 minutes after purchasing my drink and asking for more oatmilk. Wanted to cancel it and just leave. Very bad and toxic vibes coming from this store specifically. I dont want attitude with my already expensive drink.

This was my spot to go! After today I’m not sure anymore. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch WITH EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE! all the staff seems to busy talking to each other an maybe not paying attention! I asked them to please add my caramel drizzle and all he said was oh it’s blended in already! Disappointed!

Decent location, comfortable environment and well kept. Lost two Starbucks (pun intended) because they firstly, didn’t have the one of only two non-decaffeinated teas I like. Two, they began closing their lobby (stacking chairs, moving tables) at least 30 mins early, even when customers are still coming in. Lastly, and the reason I’m writing this review, they “closed” the bathroom early (again, at least 30 minutes early). As a paying customer I insisted if there was anyway I could use the restroom before leaving due to a long drive ahead of me and a stomach full of liquid, and staff still refused. It is easy to assume they “closed” the restroom early because they mopped the floor or wiped the sink early, most likely be able to leave early and didn’t want anyone to dirty it. Pure laziness.. at least the staff was kind enough to tell me to “try the wing stop bathroom”…. pure genius.

Usually go to the one inside Albertsons market but, this morning it wasn’t open. So, I decided to try the one located in the same parking lot as the market. The young lady behind the counter asked how she could help me? I said I wanted a cup of hot water and her statement to me was “we only give water to our customer’s!” I said I’m a customer when I walked through your door! So,I asked how much is the cup of water because I guess that would’ve made me a customer! I got the cup of water but, I let her know that I won’t be a repeating person. (Customer) again!

Terrible service!.. I just got in the store planing to get some coffee and do some work as usual but I needed to use the restroom first and this lady didn’t give me access to the restroom because I didn’t have an order in place just yet… didn’t get her name but she is white big girl even the customer next to me was impressed of her approach… go to another store dont waste your time here…

They do not know how to do the order of drinks. They would finish one from one order one from another order and then finish the second from the first and so on staggering everyone’s drinks making the first ones melt

I love coming here but they ways seem to run out of the ingredients of all my favorite drinks. Everyone that works here is amazing and friendly. The only thing that need improvement is they need to keep better track of inventory. It’s very disappointing when I order a drink and they don’t have certain things that are supposed to be in the drink.
