Normally, you don’t just get this kind of treatment Just at any Starbucks, unfortunately I do not live in this area, but my son does. I highly recommend This Starbucks, especially if Valerie is here to assist and give her great customer service with a smile on her face like it should be. Thank you, Valerie you really make me want to come back here. Thank you for welcoming me and greeting. I appreciate it. Unfortunately, my mother just passed away December 6, 2025. My drink was made wrong at 7:51am I let them know on my break and got it after work and my goodness that young kid that’s in there making drinks now is amazing didn’t get his name forgot to buy he’s top tier and the guy at the register was amazing I hope this never happens again but I’m glad this experience went amazing and plus side is right by my house YALL ARE AMAZING ILL BE BACK AND GET THEM GUYS NAME!!!

The staff was VERY RUDE! There was nowhere to sit with power. The only spot available was where the recycled grounds were. I moved them onto an adjoining table, exactly next to the grounds table, so I could sit at the grounds table and use the outlet. The staff came and told me I couldn’t sit there because that small table was just for the grounds. Which were less than a foot away from their original home. And, set up more nicely than they had displayed them. I’m glad the staff believes the used coffee grounds are more valuable than their loyal customers. The pile on the high table was their setup, the lower table was my setup.

I like this place, but the music is way too loud. It makes it really hard to have a conversation, study, or get any work done. Also, the air conditioning is sometimes way too cold, which makes it uncomfortable to stay for long. On the positive side, the staff are always great and very friendly. Lowering the volume a bit and adjusting the temperature would make the environment much more enjoyable for everyone.

The store looks old and dirty, with old furniture as well. The inside feels like a hostile environment; employees have bad attitudes, tables are sticky, and everything feels dirty.

I’m a bus driver, going to the Hawaiian gardens location for 9 years now using the restroom with or without purchase and today Labor Day with two other customs, I’m told I can’t unless I buy something….I explained i was just in yesterday and they had no issues. (They wouldn’t accomodate)Walked back to jack in the box and the worker there says they were rude to her this morning as well. Funny because I’ve hauled some of them to and from work. Terrible girls… just terrible!!!

Horrible experience here. If I could give 0 starts I would. There is no Customer service here. I asked a question and they acted to me like it was a bother to them. The Drink tasted horrible it wasn’t made right. My drink was literally just watered down coffee with watered down cold foam. Will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I will be contacting corporate.

I have gone to this Starbucks for 14 yrs and it has gone down hill so bad and the service is AWFUL. The wait time is crazy and then they PARK YOU just to boost their ratings through corporate. I have since gone else where and will NEVER return to this Starbucks again
Also the inside and outside look filthy.
As of now I have quit going to any Starbucks all together and am going to Mc Donald’s as they ARE much cheaper and saving so much I can buy myself a breakfast sandwich as well .
