11/21/25: Swung through the drive-thru for my usual Medicine Ball, and let me tell you—Justin absolutely MADE my day. His energy was off the charts, his tone said “I actually love my job,” and the kicker? He addressed me by name twice.
I know it sounds small, but sometimes the small things hit the hardest. Justin, keep being you… you freaking ROCK.

As a former barista and trainer of this company for almost 5 years, I can say the quality of service of the company has really declined over the years. Nothing could be further from the truth for this store. The baristas are usually always a little short on their service here, and I brush it off because you know, I get it, I used to work there too. But today I was scolded by Lexi for picking up my drink “too early”, and I have never felt such a strong sense of offending a business for simply being a customer. Supporting my local small business coffee shop from here on out. Unfortunately this barista hasn’t learned that you can’t cover up rude remarks with a sweet voice and call it customer service. It’s sad to see this store contributing to the downfall of the company.

They place itself is good I like it a lot but the employees tend to be rude.i was waiting for my mother to pick me up and I guess I stepped on the gas tank which prior I didn’t know it was and the manager came outside screamed at me saying I stepping on it and saying that the joint could blow up and I didn’t have a problem with what she said it was the way she said it she full on screamed at me and may I add with attitude which was very much not needed she could’ve politely asked me to stop and I would’ve apologized and stopped but when she screamed at me I myself felt disrespected. I believe this was the manager too. Great way to show leadership huh. And the drinks aren’t even good here

Very dissatisfied after purchasing a couple of hot beverages and snacks with my sister as I was unable to enjoy the outside seating area. The area was closed off and chairs were locked up more than 4 hours before they close. Seems like that area was closed off all afternoon. Mind you, we were very respectful customers.
While ordering one of the employees also gave my sister a hard time when ordering a medicine ball, since they did not have the peach tea – my sister said if they can substitute any other tea so she can still order the drink, which seemed to have upset the employee. Definitely very dissatisfied.
The employee John was rather rude when asking us and pressuring us to leave. Definitely will not be returning to this location, probably trying frequenting coffee bean or any other coffee shop that can provide a more friendly and accepting environment.

My bf and I went there last week and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Lexi was the one who helped us. I asked her a question and she could tell I still wasn’t sure, so she started to then ask ME questions. It turned out I was getting ready to order something I know I would have regretted! After taking the time to explain everything to me, she offered her suggestions and helped me to craft something personalized to my liking. She was also very helpful to my bf as well and he is a simple black coffee guy (wanting to know the nuanced differences in the different coffees) Thank you, Lexi, for being patient and catering to our needs!
