This location is great. I got my food and drink quickly. The staff was very friendly even though I came in around 5 am. in the morning. This location still has a bathroom and also has plenty of parking. This location has a drive thru and plenty of seating inside. Merchandise is kept well stocked, and the store inside is kept very clean.

So I came to this location lobby was closed due to staff problems i went in drive thru line wasn’t moving I got down because my 3 year had to use the restroom and the worker said he can’t let him in so my son peed on the side because he was denied to use the restroom in the rain I only asked if 3 year old can use the restroom

The drink was fine but the snacks were old & nasty. Never again. I don’t even know what that is that’s burnt on the cookie but it’s not sweet… Disgusting… I paid money for that. Smh!

I dont know who the hell keeps putting caramel syrup on white chocolate mocha frappes but stop. It’s horrible. Not everyone likes caramel. That frappe does NOT come with caramel either. So thank you for ruining the whipped cream on my drink once again. And your baristas need to do better about letting people know their drinks are ready. My SIL stood there for over 10 minutes waiting because she didn’t know the drinks they put out were for her! They didn’t say anything at all.

Iced Starbucks. The lady behind the counter needed a good laugh. I tried the new smoked butterscotch frappuccino, but I found it wasn’t much different than the vanilla bean. It was still good though. Recommended!

Coffee is what you expect for Starbucks. This location seems to be very busy. I waited for a while to get my order of just a basic coffee. The baristas are very welcoming and attentive. When I approached barrista (Monique and Torri) to request my coffee she apologized and brought me a larger size.
Ambient music is upbeat yet a bit loud. The location could benefit from an outside seating area. Coffee is good but if you are like me and order a basic coffee ask for it on the spot instead of waiting. Nice ambiance.

I do come here quite often. The drinks are usually great, but the one thing I will complain about is how much ice they put in my drink. I’m spending over $6 on my drink & I don’t really get to enjoy it.
