I really don’t understand why acknowledging customers has become a thing of the past. I was the only other person in line and I stood there as two employees ignored me after taking an order. Literally turned their backs to me. I stood there trying to figure out what to order, and by the time I figured it out, I was completely done with the situation. It’s one thing to be busy and preoccupied, but I was the only person there, and a simple “I’ll be right with you”, would have been more than sufficient.

Went to the Starbucks on katella & winners circle in Cypress California. Ordered mocha frappuccinos with java chips that they now charge extra for. There was no coffee in our drinks.

The slowest service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks. & I only say that because it is constant. Not only that but the service is terrible. Not only are they understaffed but none of the employees know how to acknowledge customers. As a customer service manager, I train all employees to acknowledge all customers even during our busiest hours or even if they are alone.
Target needs to do better. It’s unacceptable that I have to wait so long every day that I am here and experience horrible service to top it all off. Train better employees!

Jose is so rude. I have been to this Starbucks on several occasions and every time he is working he completely ignores patrons. The last time I was there he ignored two young girls trying to order their beverages, until I asked him if he was available, at which he did not reply to my question and just says “what do you want”. Today, there was no one in line except for myself and again I was ignored. He looked at me multiple times and never said a word, not even a “I’ll be right with you”. How difficult is it to just be a nice person. I decided to just leave and not order.

Every time I come to this Starbucks while shopping at target, they make me feel rushed and they never get my drink right. I seen a trend on social media of a pumpkin and white mocha drink and I showed the lady and she was annoyed and didn’t make it how I asked. Won’t be getting my drinks here anymore and they really need to work harder on customer service.

So I drive up..the guy opens the window, stares at me and doesn’t even say ‘hello’. Man basic common service has gone out the window. If you don’t like your job, go do something else. Coffee was not fresh either for 530AM.
