Stopped by earlier for a quick breakfast and was greeted so kindly by Itzel! She offered amazing customer service and conversed with me beyond simply charging me, and she really made me feel like more than a customer. She asked how my day was, suggested a drink similar to the one I purchased to try in the future, and was so genuine, making the interaction memorable. I will definitely be returning for the amazing customer service, Itzel keep it up!

I usually love Starbucks, but this specific Whittier location has been frustrating for a while now. They almost never have stoppers for the hot drinks, so coffee regularly spills out while driving. The sleeves are also hit or miss — and when they do give you one, it’s often crushed or torn.

This has been happening consistently for close to a year, so it doesn’t seem like a temporary supply issue. It just feels like basic details that impact customers every day aren’t being addressed. I hope management can improve the consistency because it’s disappointing for what should be a simple coffee stop.

I came to Starbucks drive thru on 11/2 at around 10:15am. The sticker on my drink was correct, but the drink itself was a completely different drink than I had ordered. I went back inside after the drive thru to let them know that the drink I had ordered was not the same as what was on my order sticker. The female workers at that time were not apologetic and were dismissive towards me. The customer service of those female workers should be worked on when they’re at fault.

This location really needs to improve how it handles mobile orders. The last two times I ordered ahead, my drink wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting several minutes while staff continued working the drive-through—even after acknowledging that I was standing right there waiting and that I was on my way to work.

When I asked about it, the supervisor blamed the system, but choosing to ignore a customer who is present doesn’t make any sense. Mobile ordering is pointless if the store doesn’t prepare the drink on time.

Very disappointing customer service.

I want to give it a 1 because it’s irrelevant and expensive. I rarely go to Starbucks because it’s everything that’s wing with capitalism. Overpriced products that draw a lot of attention. You can get coffee for 75% less like everywhere but people like the convenience. I give them a 4 because when I do go the quality is good and their bathrooms are very clean, to and it is convenient.

Sadly I’ll no longer buy from starbucks poor customer service apparently you have to purchase something in order to use the bathroom mind you I’ work on the road I even told the lady listen I had starbucks this morning here is my receipt I don’t want to buy anything I desperately need to pee she said no I was amazed how cruel starbucks could be I decided not to ever spend a dime there anymore I have a blader issue I need I was told that new policy meaning starbuch don’t care about their clients if you are not buying , attached proof that I had ordered starbucks earlier that day I just didn’t want to buy but you are not allowed to use the bathroom wow .

Employee’s are pretty friendly. It can be really busy at times. Long line of cars but you can always go inside and order. It’s nice inside and also pretty spacious. Also outside sitting

My everyday spot for coffee but since they moved to compostable cups, the drinks seem to not be made the same. My drinks always taste like the measurements are off, like it’s all milk and ice and no coffee taste. We tried to give it multiple chances but decided to just go to different location. Idk if it’s that the compostable cups aren’t see through and don’t have measurement marks?
