The service here is very friendly but can get really slow in the mornings. I ordered a drink and thought that I made a mistake in ordering but couldn’t pull up the app to confirm. It didn’t even cross my mind until I got home to look at the sticker on the cups but I was deep into running errands.
I asked for no ice and whipped cream and the drink was mostly ice and there was no whipped cream.

Friendly service, great coffee. Clean facilities, well taken care of. A bit crowded but it’s a coffee shop. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very relaxing, mellow vibe walking into the shop. The employees are very friendly, helpful. Note: this Starbucks does not have a drive thru. So wait times are not as long as ones with drive thru’s, always a plus. Clean area, nice spot for a coffee shop.

Made 2 separate purchases today, but I made mistake of stepping out. They wouldn’t give water because I didn’t need a 3rd cup of coffee just to get water. I could of shown receipts off the app. Following policies or making other choices.

The barristas were so kind! Hugo and Tessa were amazing! They fixed up an order for me that was not their fault ! Love this location !

Too many times the staff there mixes up my order. I either wind up with the wrong drink or it comes out the wrong size or missing the extras that I paid for. It also is a different price than the same drink is at other locations. The when I ask for the receipt to confirm that the order is correct there is always an excuse like “Sorry, the system is down and we can’t print right now” or something lame like this. The cashier staff here are poorly trained and not very helpful. I would skip this location until they make some serious improvements to the staff at this location.

Everyone’s always very kind at this location. Love stopping by when I’m in Uptown to get a drink or cakepops. Every employee is always very kind and asks about your day. They always have smiles on their faces and are polite. I appreciate all of the workers here. They always make my experience very pleasant.
