They are so busy!! Yet still nice and polite. I liked the coffee+place+staff. Place was clean. I asked some questions about the rewards& earning rewards by scanning the barcode but they said I can not use my app because it is not valid there and there was a different scanning type in America as far as I understood.

Got the protein matcha cold foam, and it was really good! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely a nice spot to grab a refreshing drink.

It was packed at 9am and they only have two tables inside and one counter with 5 chairs so very limited seating. Plus there free WiFi is super slow (3Mbps Download, 1Mbps Upload). If you plan to do work on your laptop, I’d find somewhere else.

Dropped into this Starbucks location at 9:15(I know, d*** move) and I expected to be greeted by baristas beat down by another day slaving for capitalist America- however, that was certainly NOT the case here!
The two lovely people who assisted me in my niche and time consuming beverage request were simply fantastic.
I knew my drink of choice, “London Fog,” was missing something and I could not put my finger on it. Seemingly hopeless, I inquired to the two skilled baristas for assistance and the combination of their two brilliant barista brains found the missing ingredient!
Side note: Store has a restroom, ample outside sitting and a just right lighting inside. The interior was tidy, well-stocked and easy on the eyes.
Highly recommend! Wish this location was my local store! 11/10!

Starbucks is always a nice place for coffee.
Nice cozy place. However all their coffee, even the light ones are all too acidic.
I have a comment for starbucks to consider serving a light coffee that doesn’t actually cause any heart burn. Similar to dunkin regular coffee.
I was a 2 years drinker of coffee from starbucks then got severe heart burn, until i couldnt drink starbucks anymore. And i changed to Dunkin coffee then i felt no heart burn and since them i am faithful dunkin donuts coffee drinker.
Ofcourse i dont expect starbucks to take me seriously, but this is one of the reasons you guys are actually loosing business in many places around the world.
Wish you a better lifecycle and feedback monitoring with your customers.

Atmosphere is 10000! Starbucks with million dollar view to enjoy your favorite drink. Enjoy a fireplace while watching a sunset or just relax in the sun in their lounge chairs. You can’t ask for a better location. Must visit place in Southbay!

Depends on when you go and the mood of the workers. The customers range from innocent school kids to the insane, people with public health concerns, pets that are not control which you may include toddlers without supervision.
