The baristas here are friendly, fast, and really know how to make your order just right. Even during busy hours, they keep things moving efficiently while still being welcoming and upbeat. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service.
The space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. It’s a great place to bring a laptop, catch up with friends, or just enjoy the Marina vibes. Plus, parking is usually manageable — a huge bonus in LA!
Drinks are always consistent, mobile orders are ready on time, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. If you’re in the area, this Starbucks is definitely a standout.

I went in to the store , two days ago , five minutes before 5 AM before the opening. There was a line already we were less than 20 people. Only three of them were able to buy the new promo cups when I get there they already sold out.all the employees but the rest I don’t think this is fair for anyone. They were not even making Line. They were on their shift It shouldn’t be like this. It’s sad to see a company the are not paying attention, how their managers or employees rule when they have new promotions

Located on the southeast corner of the Waterside Marina del Rey Shopping Mall (outdoor) close to Fiji Way. Friendly staff, plenty of indoor seating, and limited outdoor seating. Several early morning deals include a grande specialty drink and pastry (depends on time of month). Friendly customers. Rear entrance as well.

The management here really sucks. They encourage plastic use, if you order in a glass cup they won’t let you sit outside even at their own tables right in front of their door, even if it’s full inside and they have the AC blasting at 45 degrees they make you leave your cup inside and use plastic.

I’m a very loyal Starbucks customer. I probably spend an average of $20-30 a day. I came to this store planning to use the restroom first and then make a purchase. But they didn’t give me the code. I showed them my account, yet they didn’t even check to see that I use Starbucks every day. It felt very rude and disrespectful. Their attitude was far from the true spirit of Starbucks we all know.

Order a latte and Italian sausage egg bites, (my name is Andy, some how they confused my Edgar, no employees seemed to figure this out , yet I had to complain about my order, no apology for there mistake,I feel as though, they did not want to apologize for the mistake, I will not be visiting that Starbucks ever again on my life time , the employees seem stuffy and unfriendly un welcoming.

Starbucks is One of like THE ONLY places I can sit and deal with backing up videos, dealing with social media posts and updates…while charging up my electronics and having a coffee.
This Starbucks removed the outlets. This Starbucks would prefer I go to another coffee shop. This Starbucks doesn’t want my money. And they did not get it. And No the outlets on the lampposts don’t freakin work either.
I’ve been in many many Starbucks up and down the west coast 6,800 miles I’ve walked so far. Starbucks USED to be one of my helpers. Help keep me and my electronics charged on the walk.
Thank you Starbucks for helping to make a difficult journey even more difficult. Thanks
