Went to the store this morning 09/22/25 and once again, there are new people making drinks. No one experienced there. My drink was terrible, it was like milk. They made it over, But there was no improvement. I’ve been buying the same drink for more than five years, so believe me I know when it’s right. I just left it there on the counter. I decided to just go somewhere else to purchase the drink.

Not happy! They had three people apparently working there, but only two actually working. No one at the register, with a huge line.. and one of the employees, who was continually working at the oven and cleaning it – had to continually call whoever was in the back to come out – I think it was the manager. Look.. I am not a cold, prickly pear. I usually use the app and buy ahead to avoid this very situation.. BUT, the app was not working correctly – and 7 minutes in line is pretty ridiculous on your work shift. Managers need to get in the tranches and help their team when help is tight.

This is the only decent Starbucks in the area that has ample amount of seating to get work done. Staff is also typically friendly.
Will unfortunately have to start taking my business elsewhere as there are no outlets and the shop feels the need to blast music as if we’re at a concert rather than a coffee shop. I’ve even heard the staff talk about how they’ve been told to turn the music down. Unfortunate.

Poor customer service should be considered a sin. Being attentive isn’t easy at that location. It’s such a shame that the level of hospitality can vary from one extreme to the next, depending on where Starbucks is located.
