Uninviting atmosphere. I come here several times a week, because I work close-by. Although I tip the kind baristas; each time I come in I get a sense from at least one barista that I am unwelcome. I sense racial prejudice.

Just now, I came in to order an iced-lemon loaf and as soon as I walk in, I’m greeted with a curt reception from each bartender.

Not only that, but my iced lemon loaf looks like the barista has just fished it out of the garbage. I had a few bites, because I was hungry, but couldn’t take anymore after seeing this:

I’m not sure what it is about this location specifically, but they never make my order correctly. Unfortunately this place is the closest location to my house. Every time I have gone it’s been a different person as well. I waited an additional 10 minutes after they messed up the order today only to leave with a drink that still wasn’t correct.

If you’re going to be reputable business, at least update your operating hours with more than just a hand written closed sign. How ridiculous. This right here is a business that doesn’t care about its customers enough to even update the app so people don’t place online orders. Amateur hour.

Baristas are kind. It’s a little easier to do to-go mobile orders than waiting in line. Not a lot of seating and not a lot of parking.

My frienfs and I walked down to Starbucks, and the store was closed due to “electrical issues”!!!! Online, it said the store was open! Complete BS! Thank you to those who will agree and listen to me for years and beyond!!!

I will always give Starbucks the same rating, it’s a well managed business with ” mostly ” good employees ( I will go out of my way to mention the ones that shouldn’t be an employee, but )
The coffee is consistently slightly above average, my wife likes it, it’s ok for me, they need a light roast.
