The new MANAGER so much better now !!! The new employees much more CONSIDERATE CAREING AND FRIENDLY then before!! Better ENVIRONMENT!! We are back as regulars BUT! the new outdoor seating with cushions NOT COMFORTABLE! Especially for short legged people Especially around the fire pit! Need the smaller black woven chairs for that. At closing the employees even have to pick up those big cushions and take them in. Please replace with some more black woven chairs even noticing more people do grab those black woven chairs when we get there.. The big cushion chairs are also not comfortable per friends the longer you sit in them and they are way to big and wide!!!!!

This is a awesome Starbucks location. This location has an amazing patio with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. My chai tea ☕️ drink was so delicious. I enjoyed the beautiful patio with fireplace and drink on a wonderful fall morning from brunch. The staff is awesome and fast in this location. There was s plenty in f free parking and this is a wheelchair accessible location. The crowd is trendy and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this Starbux for years, ever since I moved to South Bay. It remains my sacred spot to watch the sunset and meditate in front of the ocean. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and even when it’s busy, the friendly baristas consistently provide a personalized welcome. They make drinks incredibly fast while maintaining the integrity of the flavors and textures. They remember my usual order, but they also give me new recommendations from time to time, which is always a pleasant surprise. The view is BEAUTIFUL, but the seating area outside is disgusting… there’s trash everywhere! An elderly man was even pushing trash away with his cane. The level of dirtiness is unacceptable! My husband said he’d give this place one star, but I gave it two because the view is just gorgeous and the coffee itself was pretty good. I just wouldn’t be able to rate it any higher due to the abundance of trash.

One of the best starbucks chains I have ever visited in LA vicinity and subarban areas. Nice ocean views, best at its sunset time. Patio seatings are always a good choice if you wear warm clothings. They have warm fires for you outside. A lot of people are there so you want to be patient with the seatings. Even though we seated inside because of the kids, we enjoyed the nice view of Rancho Verdes. Staffs are kind and drinks are nice. Highly recommend!

Well, if you are going to sip anywhere your coffee, hot chocolate, or any other 3-line drink of refined choice , this is IT.
Nothing beats this view and atmosphere. Having a laptop in your hands, looking at it, would just ruin the experience, imho. There’s even a lovely working fireplace to help out with chilly Rancho Palos Verdes late winter afternoons…

I visited today around 2pm, and the counter staff were very kind. The view was also fantastic, as the place is already well-known among visitors.

Unfortunately, the disappointment came as we were leaving. I tried to use the restroom, and a male staff member told me he needed to restock toilet tissue and asked me to wait, which I did. While he was restocking and organizing the toilet cover, he began explaining to my mom and me that people should pull out just one piece at a time rather than multiple at once. I agreed and told him, “You’re right.” However, he kept repeating and repeating the instructions in a rude tone, as if I had done that myself—even though I hadn’t even used the restroom yet. This was actually my second time using the restroom during my visit, and the toilet cover was already in that condition. I reassured him that we never do that, so there was no need to worry.

After I used the restroom, my father went in. While he was inside, the same staff member came out from the staff room again and tried to open the door. I told him someone inside, but the door still opened. My father, who is in his 70s, may have forgotten to lock it. We were waiting outside, so he might not have realized. Instead of simply closing the door, the staff began lecturing me again—this time about locking the door and pointing to the “vacant” sign. Neither my father nor I complained about the door opening, but his tone felt unnecessarily harsh, as though he was frustrated with his work.

I’m a local, and my parents just arrived from abroad yesterday to visit me. This interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable. I wish he had been more nice to customers, especially in a place that welcomes so many visitors.

I considered asking for his name to report the experience, but my parents didn’t want me to—partly because I’m 7 months pregnant and they want me to avoid stress. I hesitated to bring it up, but I felt it was important to share this experience to business. I run a restaurant in LA myself, and I would never allow my staff to speak to customers in such a way.
