I came around 8pm and when I pulled to the speaker and let them know I was picking up my mobile order they let me know to follow the instructions on the app which it said ready around 7:50pm the time was 7:49pm
I just said OK and pulled up to the window. I understand there is a lot of drinks to make sometimes, but the lobby was empty and there was no cars in the drive-through. When I took a look inside the store, they were ignoring me and just talking to each other instead of working on my order. They had me waiting at the window for 7 minutes just to make 2 drinks and a pastry item. Bree and two other girls just handed me my drinks and walked away when I was still missing my food item making me wait more at the window just to get a pastry. I have never been to a Starbucks with such poor customer service.

Staff members are too busy looking at their phones than listening to the customer’s orders…. I don’t care about a “have a great day” written on my cup. Please get orders correct

coming into this location there were two women and a man, all employees, you would think they’d great you since your walking into an empty establishment. The communication was little and when they realized it was a pick order the women didn’t say a word, turned her back got the bag and handed it to me and went back to speaking to her coworkers. usually i don’t leave bad reviews but that was extremely off putting. HP staff do better.

I love coming to this Starbucks. Every time I come, this barista named Fernando, he’s always happy with a smile. He welcomes you, he’s full of good vibes, and he transmits all of his happiness to you.. I know this review only allows 5 stars but I give him 10. He’s always above and beyond… keep it up… he deserves a raise on his Salary…

It’s 9:30 and the doors are already locked. I put in a pick-up order thinking I was going to be in and out. Instead I had to wait for 5 cars to get their order through the drive thru my order sat in the counter for 15 minutes. This defeats the purpose of mobile orders.

I have been coming to this Cafe shop for years and was excited when they were remodeling it, for my surprise no more sitting inside, no Restrooms? The warse part is the big change in customer service… I waited patiently for over 3 minutes before I was acknowledged and was helped in a rude way. I said I was not going to be back but I was in the area today and gave it another shot and the waiting time and customer service was as bad as my previous visit. Please address this as we are paying for a nice cup of coffee and would like to enjoy it. Thanks for your time.
