Wow. It’s raining outside cold and freezing I’m sick and I asked for light ice and they gave me ice not light ice. Just a regular cup of ice. It’s like it’s 99% ice and 1% pink drink. Seriously you guys need to fix your service, and maybe get some hearing aids.

Slowest drive through in the world no matter what time of the day you get here always a 15-20 min wait like why? I asked them if they are working in a skeleton crew because it seems one person is driving the operations in the drive by section. And the girl at the window says we have two more in the back! Why? When more should be at the front servicing the client while the back can wait.

Very poor service! I placed an online mobile order to avoid drive thru wait time and regular wait time. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:23pm. Been waiting for 20 mins with no update and just a “sorry for the wait” not even a “what’s your name for the order.” I don’t recommend if you’re in a rush. I’m a really patient person but they do not know how to manage their time properly and I strongly recommend a DM (district manager) to come check out the way this place is running.

They need to focus on walk-up orders, not only drive through and mobile. I waited 15-20 minutes for my order and was told mobile orders are a priority. Mind you, there wasn’t a line at all in the drive-thru when I ordered. Time Management needs to play a role here. This isn’t the first time, but the last straw going here it’s to small not to have structure.
