I took my daughter to Starbucks today. I took my dog for a walk meanwhile we’re waiting for the drink. My dog defecated I collected it put it in a bag looked for a trashcan around Starbucks. I could not find one until I came to the trash bin. I asked the Starbucks employee who was already standing there, if she could please open it so I could throw it out.
She looked me up and down and said “No, this isn’t a community trashcan lady. Throw it out in a trash can!” There were no trash cans. Please look at the photos! Then she advises me to put the dog poop inside the Starbucks trash can? You don’t tell people to throw out dog poop inside where others are eating! That is a health code violation.
I might call public health. That is the stupidest advice I’ve ever heard. Starbucks employees are letting you sip coffee and sit next to and smell dog poop.

I ordered a traveler sized coffee today for a production crew that was filming in the area. When my assistant went to pick it up, they refused to give her enough cups to go with the amount of coffee ordered. The manager, Carmen, also lied and said that Starbucks is not allowed to distribute lids to go with the cups. I’ve never heard of this policy and I order Starbucks frequently for film productions. (We even ordered an individual order at that location earlier today and the drink came with a lid!) The manager also claimed that if we want extra cups, we need to request that when ordering online or call it in. There was no option to make this request through the Starbucks app, and when my assistant explained this to her, the manager replied with “I know”. Carmen was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Definitely will be filing a complaint with corporate. We ended up doing the rest of our Starbucks orders at a location farther away and received much better service (they were tipped for their kindness). The extra 10 minute drive was worth it for the professionalism.

Excellent service!!. I visited the store on August 6, 2025 in the afternoon at about 4:30pm and had the pleasure of receiving the best service. The drive-thru attendant was very polite, kind and professional. I wish had her name. Starbuck please continue the great service. I will make this my go to spot by-passing all the rest

I hate this chain to begin with, was only here to get coffee for someone else. Service was horrible… And out of 3 registers they could not break a $100 bill. I find it hard to believe there weren’t 4 $20 bills behind the counter. I’d give it less than 1 star if i could.
