My girlfriend purchased a pumpkin latte and was seated outside when a male employee approached her to question whether she had made a purchase while sitting in outdoor dining area.The encounter felt inappropriate and displayed a lack of cultural sensitivity.

This Starbucks cleaned up and put all chairs up shortly after 7pm, baristas did not show welcoming attitude. Well, almost no customers in the evening. We originally planned to stay, but didn’t want them to clean again, so left with our drinks.

This is a great location – beats the one on north Beverly drive. It’s spacious, has beautiful outdoor seating, spacious indoor seating with outlets and there wasn’t a line when we came mid day on a Friday vs the north Beverly location had a line. We ordered a dragonfruit lemonade less ice and matcha frappacino with coconut milk. The drinks were refreshing and good – the lemonade was a bit too sweet though. Overall, would definitely come back for the vibes and ambience!!

Store is unfortunately out of multiple items. Tried to order a Chai tea. No luck. Then found out they are out of all teas. Tried to get at least an ice water. Was told I had to buy something to get water. Which I explained I tried to buy but you are out of everything. Which they explained doesn’t matter that’s the policy. Luckily there are a lot of other places on the same street that probably have items on their menu or at least will offer a cup of water for the effort of trying to buy something from them
