I walked in and stood @ register A waiting for the server to get to me. She was helping another customer – register B. (A line started to form) and i figured she would get to me next. She completely ignores me and keeps serving 3 other people. I didnt want to make a scene and just said “obviously you dont see me here” waiting to order. She had the nerve to say “you need to get in line” WHERE IN THE HELL DO YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES”??? MARS? THEY ARE CLUELESS…

I come to Starbucks almost every day, but this location is by far the worst. I stopped by just to ask for a cup of water, and Angie refused to give me one unless I bought something

I went today in the morning ordered 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. My card declined so I was going to pay with a big bill. Cashier told me they didn’t have change and to go get change somewhere and come back. I find it hard to belive that a big cooperation does not have change. I love going here every morning. I get a Matcha Green Tea Latte hot or iced. The baristas make it so good! They even memorized my order (lol). I get it with a cheese danish every morning. Love the employees and their service. Super fast, pleasant customer service. Their medicine ball is also quite good!

The staff at this Starbucks is incredibly friendly and helpful. Customer service is always great, and they seem to work very quickly. Even when there is a line it seems to move quite fast. On top of that there’s plenty of parking too and the location is great right off the freeway. The location makes it an easy stop during all hours of the day. Baristas are very attentive and efficient. I get something simple, but I’m always amazed at how complicated some orders get. Staff goes out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied. The place itself is clean including the inside as well as the bathrooms.
