Avoid this Starbucks location if possible! I had place a mobile order at 5:30am. By the time I arrived at the location at 5:35am the front doors were locked because two female employees were too busy with their gossip / chisme. I patiently waited even thought I shouldn’t have because their was nothing significant going on for them to decide to have their doors close…just to gossip while holding their customers waiting at the door. Not to mentioned that I was able to SEE my order through the window while they continue to gossip. By 5:45 another customer arrived AND all the sudden they decided to Crack the door open to asked if we had a mobile order….Really??? Not to mention the female employee gave me a condescending look as if I interrupted her from a very important conversation. All in all, that was REALLY unprofessional and I hope someone reviews the cameras in the lobby on February 5, 2026 to validate / confirm my statement. How do you keep a customer waiting at the door for over 10 minutes all because the staff can’t hold a private conversation in a designated location. Not to mentioned the other employees noticed that I was waiting at the door and didn’t want to say anything.

Bathroom was clean. The staff were literally the worst. They were all standing around talking to each other and going as slow as they possibly could. It’s like it was a conspiracy. It wasn’t even busy, it was a Thursday evening at 7 pm. I ordered a lemon loaf, I was the only person in the store, I didn’t order a drink, it took 10 minutes for them to very slowly and leisurely do their orders and finally get to mine, meanwhile they’re using their fancy new headset radios to talk to each other and tell jokes. I’m not expecting them to care about their jobs that much but just some common human courtesy would have been great.

This location is supposed to be open to 9pm and when I went into the drive thru at 8:40 one worker asked can I help you while the other worker interrupted him and said they were closed! 20 mins before closing time. What the heck is the point of having business hours.

Cashier was so rude, gave us a hard time with our order when we have been ordering the coffee the same everywhere else even on the app. We had to walk away. Clearly there needs to be change in staff or better training but yet management doesn’t care based on these reviews. What a shame.

I have been there about 6-7 times since they opened that location and the service has always been GOOD but, for some reason they never taught them how to make their drinks. A couple of my co-workers have said the same thing. We only go there when we don’t have time to go the other closest location by our work.

I have NEVER experienced such a bad costumer service like I did in this location. Cindy has to be one of the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. She definitely has me questioning how low the standards have gone to become a supervisor for such a big company.
