Omg I go to Starbucks almost 3xs a week to order the protien iced caramel latte . Never have an issue at ANY Starbucks I order at . But this one here the girls were condescending thinking I don’t know how to order . So I always add vanilla protein foam and the girl goes “it doesn’t come with foam” I respond I know ADD IT ! And she proceeds to repeat herself and I’m like you know what never fricking mind yall acting like idiots I’ve NEVER had any issues and before they were giving me a hard time about the foam she asks “ do you want the protien milk as well “ ( I’ve never had a barista ask me this they just make it “ so I was like m. Whatever milk almond or whole whatever . And than she gets on the mic irritated with me “ so you can’t use any other milk we need to make it with the protein milk” I’m like ok so go ahead and do that why are you asking me if I want protien milk jus make it how yall make it . So I drive up to the window and I’m like let me get your names it’s a dark skinned girl , a Hispanic girl and white girl . I go let me get the name of the girl who was on the intercom both girls and they didn’t want to give it to me and changed thier tone “ we just wanted to let you know it doesn’t come with foam “ I go I go to Starbucks like every other day NEVER had a bad encounter NEVER had someone say I can’t add foam . But of course lmao it’s a Starbucks in east LA . So I went to the Starbucks by my house and they ended up giving me a gift card on their behalf and this is why I love the Starbucks by me . I was just telling them how those baristas acted and they were like wow . I would have corporate to report them but they didn’t want to give thier names . Just might call corporate and give them the store number and time 10:42 am since I saw some bad reviews . They need to better train them

The service is at zero, they just ruined my mood, reworked the order 3 times, couldn’t make a simple Latte quickly, waited 30 minutes while letting the others pass. Change the person who takes the order!

I came to pick up a mobile order for Jose this morning and the girl with braids and glasses at the counter was very rude and completely disrespectful, my boyfriend collected the drinks and waited quietly because I was also waiting for a sandwich and she gave him alot of attitude when someone had asked what he was still waiting for and completely kinda threw the sandwich at him. I come here alot and didn’t catch her name, I usually have a good experience. We didn’t make a fuss at all, but just want people to be aware. I don’t know if she was homophobic or just choosing to ignore him, but it was very out of the blue and rude.

Try to avoid this Starbucks altogether it will be advertised they close at 10:30 PM or 10 and the workers there close it earlier like at nine they’re already getting everything ready rushing to get out of there. I took pictures yesterday with time stamps. I got there at 9 PM. My drink was ordered through the app and I was not able to receive it. My points are gone never got my drink. They left the door closed and they had the drive-through already closed.Will be reporting this Starbucks to corporate. Never coming here again I always try my best to avoid this location. Both photos taken at 9pm last night while a big guy and some girl who always has a headband on are running around trying to clean and put things away a whole hour earlier. Why would it even take my order or points ? Hire better workers who aren’t lazy and ain’t gonna close the Starbucks early

I placed a mobile order and waited in line for assistance.
When it was my turn, the barista looked at me and walked away without saying anything.
I was left standing there with no explanation, and I had to ask another staff member to find out where to pick up my drink.
This experience made me feel ignored and disrespected.
As a paying customer, I hope the store ensures that all customers are treated equally and given proper assistance.

Although all the baristas were nice, please advise Val to pay attention to what we order. I requested a refill of Honey Citrus Tea, she instead gave me Chamomile tea that was completely unsweetened. I still appreciate her effort but today because I was ill I really needed the honey citrus. If we’re going to pay $10 for two cups of tea, let’s at least get that right. Thank you.

I want to start saying I love Starbucks and most batistas are great. However in this location Marilyn taking drive threw orders needs to be demoted to cleaning crew and should be removed from client contact as she is Rude, cuts you off when ordering and if you ask her to give you time to explain the order if it’s a bit complex she answers in a rude manner rushing you. This is definitely unprofessional as I work with client and never have I spoken to a client that way no matter how busy and stressed I am.
It’s baristas like her that make our experience in trying various Starbucks such a disappointment since I drove 40 min just to try a new location.
