I have had the pleasure to encounter 2 Starbucks Baristas who provide AMAZING customer service. Shakyra is a Barista who I’ve had interactions with multiple times and let me tell how pleasant she is while providing EXCELLENT customer service with a smile. She is always so busy behind the counter moving around working but she always makes time to give a smile and a greeting while always making eye contact. She is such a Bright Light in that establishment that the times I happen to go in and it’s not her shift, it’s a noticeable difference in the atmosphere. No matter how busy she is, she always seems to have an eagerness to do a good job. It is apparent that she likes and appreciates her job and cares about her customers. I wish all employees were as REFRESHING, HUMBLE, INVITING & WELCOMING as her. Please acknowledge Shakyra in whatever positive way possible. Whether it be giving her a raise, rewards, etc. I’m there very often so I’m grateful for the great customer service she provides & I appreciate that she goes Above and Beyond to make the customer have a Happy and Positive experience in Starbucks. This week I noticed a new face in Starbucks (Cameron) who provided me great customer service. He was so positive with a willingness to help me. It was apparent that he was trying to do a good job and I was so thankful. He repeated my order just to make sure he had it right and that made me Happy. His demeanor was very pleasant. Sells everything you expect any Starbucks location to sell. Same quality coffee and pastry items.
This location only offers outside seating. However, it has a unique mobile order pickup at a “walk-thru” window. There are no restrooms located inside. Rather, restrooms are those of the public park. Not of great condition during our visit. This location closes rather earlier than many other Starbucks. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I stopped by this Starbucks because it was the closest to where I had to serve for Jury Duty. The area that this Starbucks location is in is pretty nice. You have a water fountain so you can enjoy the outdoor vibe. The store isn’t that big though so if you come during the morning rush or etc, just be ready to wait in line. They have a separate window outside for mobile pick up so that should help limit the people going inside. I just went here to get a plain bagel and I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. My bagel was already falling apart when it was placed in the bag so I don’t know what happen there. The bagel was alright to me, not the best and not the worst. The employees here seems friendly, they’ll greet everyone who walks inside the door.

A solid Starbucks, just know that it’s a fair walk from the street to get to this spot because it’s in the middle of the park.
I ordered a nitro cold brew with light sweet cream. It was delicious and smooth with a great hint of sweetness.
Solid spot with, good customer service and I’d definitely come back here again for other menu items.

Not a lot of inside seating, but honestly, this is one of the best locations for any cafe ever! Shoutout to the crew who worked on Christmas Eve before the strikes! ✊ I just wanna’ say, the staff is fighting a good fight!

Perfect location inside Gloria Molina park. It’s a small shop but plenty of outdoor seating and the staff is very fast to turn drinks around. There are public restrooms too so it’s a good stop whenever you’re in the park.
