There is absolutely no reason that it should take 20 minutes to get 4 drinks when you are the only one in line. Not only was this location out of cold foam( not sure how this happened because it’s the slowest location in Carson) it also had some of the worst service I have ever dealt with all year. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning.

Looks like they have a storage issue. Tons of boxes in the lobby / seating area. Not a very welcoming environment.

This Starbucks has completely lost its welcoming atmosphere because of one employee — Allison. She’s almost always on window, and every time I’ve gone through, she’s either snapping at coworkers or having some kind of outburst. It’s uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing to witness. She complains about her job in front of customers and makes comments that come off as rude and racially insensitive. If Starbucks cares about its reputation, they need to take action — this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated from anyone representing the brand.

I noticed those who ordered after me received their drink. So I went up to the counter and there was a drink that matched my order under the mobile pick up sign. Why put coffee under the mobile pick up sign if it is not a mobile pick up? and why pick and chose who’s order gets called out? It was not as busy as I seen the place. I felt my time was wasted.

Avoid at all costs
Been to this location many times in morning hours
When you enter store they do not acknowledge you in anyway
They usually have 5 or 6 employees working
But these employees seem more intent on conversing with each other than asking what your order is
Most times I have to ask if I can order
They don’t seem to care if you are there to get coffee or not
When you do ask to be helped, they give you attitude for bothering them
They can’t get it through their head they are there to sell coffee
Not socialize with their fellow employee

I’ve been here more than six times and five months between the times and the employees have always been pleasant and friendly, it is always clean and the updates build makes it homie. Haha. I’d definitely recommend this Starbucks.
