Went into Starbucks to treat myself to a pink drink. I order it the same way everytime. No ice no fruit venti which is 20oz. Ill attach the picture this isnt even 8oz. Then the employee wants to argue with me and says that Starbucks policy is they dont fill up the drink because of no ice(even with ice in the cup its still not even close to full). I’ve NEVER had this happen a day in my life, also the girl charged me for a protein cold foam when I didn’t order a protein cold foam. Just got off the phone with Starbucks corporate office and no this isnt their policy and they not only refunded me but told me about the Barista promise policy. Which means at any given time you can demand your drink be remade as many times as you need until satisfied. So dont let these little 14 dollar an hour employees act like theyre above their OWN POLICY! employee should be fired.

Closed early at 4:50pm when it states online it closes at 8pm. Totally understand if they closed early due to staffing, but we weren’t told that and instead we waited in line for the baristas to tell us they were only serving the person in front of us. Please update your hours online!

We drove 10 miles to get our coffee because most of the branches were closed at 7:00 pm. We arrived 7:30 pm on May 18th and they said we put all equipments at the dishwasher and then they said we’re on break which’s funny getting a break at the last 15 minutes
