I have been coming here for almost the year that I have lived here, every single day, sometimes twice a day… Every single employee has always treated me with such love and appreciation, they always go above and beyond when it comes to writing on my cup, something they don’t have to do (see pics). They’re so kind and the service is always a 10/10. If I ever move away, I will be devastated to lose my Starbucks home. Love you guys!!

I come here somewhat often and most of the time its fine. Actually the ppl working there are usually very nice. A cpl order mistakes here n there but nothin unusual for drive thru service. This morning however my experience was just unbelievable. I ordered 2 venti dark coffees. Very basic order. At the window there are 2 girls and the one behind the girl working the window was just yammering on and on about some social media nonsense at an absurd volume. Annoying but at that point I dont rly care. Then the girl actually working hands me the first drink and its in a very compromised cup and with the lid barely on. I didnt notice soon enough so i grab it and it explodes inside my truck getting hot coffee absolutely everywhere. On me, my truck, my phone, etc. A huge mess. Both these girls see this happen and the girl working the window was helpful and brought a cpl rags to clean it up and had the drink remade. She was also apologetic. But the 2nd girl behind her…….my god! The ENTIRE time this was happening shes still yelling in the other girls ear about her stupid instagram drama and distracting her and tbh myself shes being so abnoxious. Im annoyed as hell cause they just handed me a coffee bomb and this girl (who saw this happen) just keeps on babbling as loud as she can about some stupid drama happening on social media. I can barely even get the girl whos actually trying to do her jobs attention. I kind of feel sorry for her cause this girl who obv doesnt care about anyone other than herself is putting her in a messed up position. The cherry on top in the end is 2 coffees that reek of nasty perfume for some reason. What a fun experience :/

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Store is Noisy, barista’s yelling instead of using the headsets. Took 3 tries to get food and coffee correct. High round tables wobbly.

I tried to avoid the Starbucks at all costs, but since I was working in the area and needed to pick me up, I came here anyways… The last time I came here, they straight gave me a pumpkin spice latte with no coffee in it just the creamer and cold brew foam, Even proceeded to argue with me about it… I never returned until today. I got a chocolate cream, cold brew very simple order with extra caramel drizzle. She handed me an already mixed chocolate cream, cold brew, barely any caramel on the side., That’s how I know there was barely any caramel drizzle in it, and the ice was already melted, practically… I honestly feel like they just gave me a cold brew that had been sitting there and slap a cold foam on it and called it a day…
I frequent a lot of Starbucks throughout Reno and Sparks and this is by far the worst one that they can’t get any of my orders correct… super simple… smh.

This Starbucks over charges almost every time I go. I stopped going here because of that. I even contacted the manager, but got no response. They overcharged by almost 2 dollars per drink. Mistakes happen, but this is too consistent to be a mistake.

New thing.. apparently when you ask for no ice they will only fill your $7 drink 1/2 full.
I’m a big fan of Starbucks.. come here probably more than I should. I get the same drink every time from every location for years!
Today was a surprise. This location suddenly refuses to add milk to the top when you ask for no ice. With no warning of this new policy, they gave me a half full cup. I can get past the lack of milk, if that’s the new policy, whatever.
My review is mainly on Kelsey! She was unbelievable rude when explaining this to me..
On top of her disrespect, she was going to charge me more than my $7 to fill my cup with milk.
A simple, “sorry for the inconvenience, let me fill that, but for future visits, this will be the case” would have sufficed.. but nope she was going to die on the hill of refusing to fill my drink.
Even if Kelsey was having a bad day, she should not be allowed to talk to a customer the way she did.

The iced grande hazelnut chocolate cold brew with foam was delicious The drive Thur baristas are very friendly always in a cheerful mood. The batista check the remaining balance on a gift card and mentioned the amount with the printed receipt. She has great customer service very thoughtful.
