January 27, 2026, at around 2pm. I came to this location on Los Altos in Sparks, Nv. I ordered my drink from Danielle, who was so friendly. The visit went well, UNTIL her manager who was sitting at one of the tables with her lap top open, reprimanded her in front of another customer and myself. The manager said, “Danielle, do you remember copy paper from Amazon?” To which Danielle replied in confusion “copy paper from amazon? I believe so…” the manager then said, “Do you realize you spent $40 dollars to ship it?” Danielle who was in the middle of making my drink, confused and nervous, said to HERSELF, “Copy paper… that was a while ago.” The manager over heard her and very rudely laughed and said, “It was a while ago. Why is that relevant to what you did?” Danielle replied, “Im sorry i was talking to myself, i didnt mean it like that.” Danielle then finished my drink, wished me a great day. I did the same, i looked at the manager and walked out. I think that was wrong. That was a conversation to have in the back not in front, with GUESTS!!! That manager needs to be written up and taken back to training. That was very unprofessional. Give Danielle a break. It was a simple mistake. Maybe the shop was out and needed the copy paper fast. It was just copy paper!!! Also, a reason why the manager should be reprimanded is because of this. I should not be repeating this verbatim. But since that manager did it infront of guests, its only right I call her out publicly on here. Thank you! If you have any questions about this incident feel free to email me.

The cashier was friendly taking my order. The batista friendliness was lukewarm not rude not cheerful either. The atmosphere was darker inside however the store and bathroom was cleaned no trash nor toilet paper on the floor; it was spotless and very clean. I think it’s an OK Starbucks it’s not my favorite Starbucks but it’s not bad.

I mean this is kind of the last straw for me i go to this location because i live near here and they get my order wrong every time. Ive had it with this last one. Ordered a tall decaf oatmilk latte and got some overly sweet something (it was disgusting). Now I’m even wondering if it was made with oat milk and decaf, which are dietary requirements for me being pregnant.. just going to go to lighthouse coffee instead

Esspresso machine needs to be recalibrated, shots are pulling underextracted and soapy tasting. Usually the drinks are good though.

Only posting this review for parents of Littles or possibly elderly folks or anyone who is a dummy like me!

I want to preface this by saying it is in no ways Starbucks fault but on Friday June 27th I was in there picking up an order. I went to use the restroom and when trying to catch the door so it wouldn’t slam, I caught my right middle finger in the door.

Cut a good chunk out of my finger. Again, this was 100% my fault but if you have Littles, it would seriously hurt them so I just caution anyone using the restroom to just be careful with the door.

Great Service, The Barista was great and very kind. He asked for a name and I gave him the name Joanne because I’m a singer songwriter, wildlife conservationist, ballroom latin dancer, and A Kaylee Gaga Tribute Band/ Lady Gaga Impersonator. The drink was delicious. I got the pink drink and I will be buying it again and again in the future. I plan on returning to this starbucks. They are amazing. The whole staff very Kind. Thank you to the guy who took my order. Thank you to everyone there. Great Place To Visit.

The teenagers working were more interested in talking and walking around than actually making the drinks we ordered. Waited longer than necessary to make 2 drinks, they were not busy. Maybe an actual adult should be present to keep these kids on task.
