I visit this location a lot because its the only one not out of my way within my 100 mile daily drive. I absolutely LOVE the morning crew, always happy and cheerful and TIMELY. Always have a correct order and it tastes amazing.

I’ve had a rough time with the afternoon/evening crew. Very slow service, always rude. Never tastes right and have a hard time getting them to remake it. This evening (1-3-26) I go to get my usual order and the drive thru was packed with 8 cars and not single one moved for over 5 minutes, no exchanges at the window happened, everyone was just sitting in line. I park and go inside instead after placing an online order. 2 people were already seated with their drinks and two more ahead of me in line. 5 employees working total. I barely get to the counter before one of the female employees rudely asks for my personal cups, I accidentally left the lid on one of them and she throws her hands up like she’s being arrested and loudly stated she can’t touch the lid like it was going to give her a disease multiple times. I get it for sanitary purposes but there was no need to be dramatic a simple “I’m sorry, can you remove the lid? Store policy prevents me from doing so” would have been just fine. All of this took place in roughly 4 minutes meanwhile only TWO cars had moved out of the drive thru line while I was inside.

There was a girl who worked here & I never got her name. I haven’t seen her in awhile. But she is/was the best employee there. I never had a single complaint about her. She just did everything perfectly so naturally. I give 5 stars based on if more people were like her with hospitality services, the 3 stars is because everyone else.

Venti 3 shot blonde espresso, 2 pumps hazelnut , oat milk and salted caramel cold foam- my normal drink with the exception of changing syrups occasionally. Unfortunately I cannot upload the pictures – . This morning was not busy so that excuse cannot be used for the miserably made drink- by the time I reached the stop sign the cold foam disappeared which, at my local Bucks, this has never happened. I was able to see that the coffee drink itself was maybe half of what could fill a tall. I stopped coming here for quite some time due to the lack of consistency in both pricing and product. Rethink your business plan and pick employees who actual care about the product they produce

I ordered two drinks today and clearly asked for one in a venti. The barista must not have heard me, so I politely told him it was supposed to be a venti, not a tall. Instead of just fixing it, he got an attitude remade the drink by dumping everything in, didn’t say a word, and didn’t even add the caramel drizzle I asked for. The drink tasted completely off, way too strong, and it was obvious he was annoyed just because I asked for the correct size. I truly could have gone back and asked for it to be remade but just by the attitude I got for the correct size, I decided to just throw my drink away. Really upsetting but I definitely won’t go to this Starbucks again.

This has been the most consistently wrong store I have ever visited. It is rare when my order is correct and I do not have a complicated order. The sticker has all the details on it, how is it the wrong size still?? That’s just the tip of the iceberg with this store. I understand mistakes happen, but it is almost every time here. They are unorganized and inefficient and so slow. I used to work at Starbucks and am finding it hard to understand how this store cannot figure it out.

I had come into this location and ordered a Peppermint Mocha last night. I am lactose intolerant and I forgot to ask for oat milk. I had driven away and came back a few minutes later. I talked a shorter guy I didn’t get his name and he made sure to remake the drink himself with no oatmilk and took care of me. Even though I had placed the order wrong. I felt really bad because it was 10 minutes before close. I was totally willing to pay for another but he would not accept it. At the end of the day I was very impressed how he fixed my mistake with a smile on his face.

Slowest drive through experience I’ve possibly ever had. Despite ordering ahead online this made relatively no difference. Also the location is EXTREMELY hard to find/get to and very confusing. I’m not sure what exactly is happening at this location causing such a delay but there’s an issue somewhere. I did notice a school bus nearby the whole time I waited but I’m not from here so idk. Everything other than the wait was standard, nothing outstanding that would make up for the wait. For reference this was around 3 to 330 in the afternoon.

I have to give the highest praise imaginable to the closing crew at the Fernley Starbucks. Walking into that store at the end of the day feels less like stopping for coffee and more like stepping into a magical place where hospitality still lives and breathes. The moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with the kind of genuine warmth that immediately lifts your mood. Even when it’s late and they’re tidying up for the night, every barista treats you as if you’re the first guest of the morning. Their smiles are real, their energy is contagious, and the atmosphere they create is something special.

It honestly reminds me of being at Disneyland right before the fireworks show. You know that feeling of excitement mixed with comfort, where everything just feels right? That’s exactly what this Fernley Starbucks gives off. The closing shift team moves like a well-choreographed parade, keeping things spotless and efficient while still finding time to chat and make every customer feel like part of the family. They remember faces, they remember drinks, and they somehow manage to make even the simplest order feel like a small celebration.

The music in the background, the soft hum of the espresso machines, and the laughter coming from behind the counter create a vibe that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget. You can tell this team truly enjoys working together. There’s a sense of harmony and pride in what they do that you just don’t see everywhere. Even as they wipe down counters and restock shelves, they do it with smiles that make you feel like you’re part of something happy and positive.

I’ve been to Starbucks locations all over, but the Fernley store’s closing crew stands in a league of their own. They turn an ordinary coffee stop into a genuinely heartwarming experience. If Disney is the happiest place on Earth, then this Starbucks might just be the happiest place in Fernley. Whether you’re grabbing a late-night latte or a final treat before heading home, you’ll walk out with your drink in hand and a grin on your face, already planning your next visit.

This team deserves every bit of recognition possible for the kindness, energy, and positivity they bring to every single night.

Can’t say enough good things about this starbucks. Was in and out so quick and everyone was so nice. Can’t remember the short lady with the braided curly hair but she’s literally the best.

Most of the time this Starbucks is very good! but I’ve been noticing a lot of times the matcha isnt blended into the drink all the way. Most of the time it’s not too bad, but today I got this. I took one sip and got so many matcha chunks. I really like this Starbucks I think the people are very nice and the atmosphere is great. I still think they deserve 4 stars because all of my past experiences with them. I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.
