This store is a drive thru location. You can come inside to pick up and go between 7am-3pm daily. No seating inside due to it being a pick and go and drive thru only location.

I dont think you should have Carlos working the window.
I believe the stores pool tips. His candor is a bit offensive to me. And the performance or lack thereof reflects in the paychecks of all the people working.
He often does not pass the pin pad outside to the customers with the tip option.
That should show a flag to a manager reviewing the shifts. Lack of tips.
You want people who are excited that they provided great service and hopefully earned a tip at the window.

Yesterday evening a guy was at the drive through. He spoke to me in an entirely inappropriate fashion. Gawky thin dark hair. I felt it was harassment.
Please do not put this person at the window again.
I am sending a complaint thru the website also.

So I like getting my drinks here because they do make the drinks tasty compared to other Starbucks that I have tried but today (2/26/25) when I ordered a coffee it was a grande and they only filled it halfway. Not Cool! When I got home because I noticed it was light, I looked at it and barely anything was filled to the top, and I had only had one sip since I bought it. So this is why I’m leaving a review. Sad! This is why I gave the rating.

I do not recommend coming here. The employees were rude and completely lacked customer care. I urgently needed to use the restroom and was about to place an order, but they refused to let me go unless I ordered first—even in an emergency.
The cashier, Lorie (curly hair), was especially unprofessional and rude when assisting customers. I also overheard the crew laughing and talking about customers who came in, refusing to let anyone use the restroom.
The place also has no chairs or tables, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming at all.
Very disappointing experience.

I come to this Starbucks every Wednesday and I’m always met with the best staff!! Carlos, Malaia and Kat are the best 😀 They always ensure my order is correct before leaving the window and my drinks always exceptional. I always leave with a smile on my face! <3 <3 :D

Only local Starbucks in the area (not inside a casino). Drive Thru only!! 9am Monday was quick. I specifically mentioned I had points to use to the drive thru order staff, and staff at the window…they charged me. Trust the reviews here, many 1 stars for a reason.

Same experience as others. DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY. Their Google Maps location profile clearly shows multiple dining room photos. Walked a mile to this specific location from my hotel to get some work done on my laptop. Disappointed, very misleading.
