Stopped by this Starbucks location on the way back to the airport in Albuquerque, NM. Service was good, coffee was hot and prepared as ordered. The staff was super friendly. Good location. Recommend you stop by here for coffee when in the area.

Four employees and four customers waiting 10-15 minutes each for simple orders. Super slow and grouchy employees. No eye contact and just yelling your name and shoving your drink toward you and turning away. I pass through regularly and won’t ever stop in again.

My husband was just in there to pick up an uber eats order. The food was ready but the tall peppermint hot chocolate was not. Over a span of 30 min, he asked multiple times about the hot chocolate and repeatedly got the response, “They’re working on it.” Mind you, the food was done and just sitting. By the time they finally made the hot chocolate, the food was cold and soggy. No apology, no attempt to remedy the situation. That’s terrible service and bad business.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or have things to do. I waited 10min on line behind one person and still wasn’t acknowledged after they were done with them. Decided to leave and and just go to Santa Fe for better service.

It is time to refresh our day. Starbuck is my favorite place to have a coffee. This is one of the Starbuck in Espanola, New Mexico. It is located close to highway, so you can stop by here when you are hitting the road. You can order by drive thru or dine in. The service is good. The teams are friendly. And the environment is comfortable. In my visit, I have a grande Caffe Mocha. I also find one of the Starbuck coffee from my original place, Sumatra Coffee-Indonesia.

Management of this location is so lazy. I’ve been twice in one week and was told both times that cold brew wasn’t available because the shift before didn’t make it. Coffee is your business– make the coffee.

Came in with my girlfriend, I use to be a shift at Starbucks and know my way around the floor, I asked for a donut and brownie warmed up and some drinks, the barista that took my order went and checked to see if there was one in the fridge I told him that if there wasn’t one I don’t mind taking the one in the case, he then informed me its been more than a couple days since the case food has been changed which was shocking to hear since I know that the case food should be changed and thrown away daily to stop the spread of bacteria and keep the store clean, after he found a donut and brownie he then also told me that he wasn’t able to heat up the donut, I asked him if he doesn’t mind heating it on the loaf setting and he basically told me that I was stupid and that he wasn’t going to do that…very sad to see this type of customer service at Starbucks, not only was the customer service bad but I am assuming that the store is not cleaned properly or throughly enough which is worrying since it seems they are also running out of space or already don’t have enough…
