I’ve been to this Starbucks several times a week whether it’s throught he drive-thru or whether I’m meeting with people inside. The customer service is always amazing. I’ve seen them keep their cool in the mist of the chaos of machines going down and customers becoming very agitated. All while delivering a drink to my family and friends with a smile on their face. These Baristras are amazing at this location.

Caramel macchiato with double shots of espresso is one with the travel orders far and wide. Great atmosphere, convenient sinks are motion less keeping your hands free clean.

Customer service was good, everyone said hello. I don’t like how there will be 5-6 people behind the counter and everyone seems to making drinks for the window and not the 5 people standing/waiting inside. Today I witnessed one gentleman making 5 drinks for 5 people total alone and waited 20 minutes to finally get mine. I also watched him pour foam into my cup when I clearly asked for no foam/no whip. I don’t like visiting this location much because of this issue. It’s starting to become frequent. I was not satisfied with my coffee..

This Starbucks is located in a very convenient spot. The store itself has a large seating area, comfortable and quiet. As usual, I got a quad espresso, and it was very good. The wife also liked her latte. The Staff smile at you, are friendly and efficient.

I just went in the lobby and ordered my regular drink. I had asked for. Venti white chocolate mocha with cold foam and Carmel drizzle. I the paid $8and some change. I waited for a about 5 minutes and they call out a name that’s not even the name I have the girl by name butchered but I’m used to that but my drink is a grande not a venti. So I then say something to the girl closest to the counter that it’s not the size I asked for. She proceeded to tell me well that’s what she charged you. So I then go to the register and had to pay for another drink. In total costed me over $16 for just 1 drink that I wanted!! No one offered to fix it and make it right for me. Instead I get charged for another drink and have to leave with a grande drink as the the same as the venti I had to order again. Why cannot we fix this properly. I order the same thing every time I know I said venti. This was NOT MY FAULT!! So why am I having to get punished. That was not handled well at all!!!

Stood outside in line at 3:30am For your release of the Bear cup, just for all the employee’s to take them instead of selling to customers..ridiculous!!! And from what I hear from my friends that went to get in line at other locations. The same thing happened All the employee took them for themselves and only put 1 or 2 bears out for people waiting over an hour. In the cold.

Place is ok, probably one of the rare places in deeply ugly Farmington to sit down in a civilised spot and enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee. It’s not a large spot and seating is mostly hard wooden chairs. Hence only 3 stars. Staff is friendly and quick. Was open on a 4th of July.

I come to this location quite often, and each time I visit is a pleasant one. This location has staff members that are always friendly and courteous, the restrooms are always clean, merchandise is fairly stocked full compared to other stores & the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I was pleased to see the other morning a little note attached to my drink. It really made my day to read an inspiring message first thing in the AM. That little extra touch is what keeps me going back to this location almost daily! Good work!
