I won’t be back to this location. The past two times I have been here, I have walked into the store to buy coffee and / or food. Both times I was left standing at the end of the counter for probably 15 minutes as other customers quickly received their drinks. Even customers who came in minutes after me got their drinks almost immediately.
The first time, I got a hot coffee, one of their most simple and basic items. After about 15 minutes, that’s not an exaggeration, one of the baristas finally asked me what I was waiting on. I told them a simple hot coffee, they had made it but had no clue whose it was so they threw it out. They never called out my name. They apologized and made me a new one.
I went in here this morning and got an iced flat white and some truffle egg bites. The iced flat white came out a few minutes later, and I was still left standing there for quite a while before a barista finally gave me my egg bites (which had just been sitting on the counter the entire time getting cold).
The baristas here seem more interested in goofing off and talking amongst themselves than helping customers. It’s great to have work friends that you can chat with, but not at the cost of customer service.
I will not be coming back to this location.

Just wanted to share how much a of great experience my friend and I had we had both got drinks from here in the morning I’d say around noon and the staff was so friendly, I tend to usually never have such a good enough experience to write a review when I come as I tend to come often but I was having a horrible day and so my friend took me to get a drink and the workers were amazing, I believe Kim was the employee at the window and she truly was great and just so easy to talk to, she seems like a really personable person which lightened my mood for the day couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They don’t open at the scheduled time. They spend their time looking busy. A life of servitude is all they have to look forward to in life.
Once again they aren’t open as scheduled. An employee threw out milk all over the parking spots nearest the door. And the QR code for store hours doesn’t read because the windows dirty. I hope that isn’t a sign of a dirty store.

Rude and dismissive staff and received eye rolling attitude when they made the wrong coffee and no apologies were said.

Just off of I25 this Starbucks is a convenient walk from the hotel where we are staying. The service as fast and friendly. We noticed there was a huge line in the drive thru.
I think this is the friendliest Starbucks we have visited. When we ordered our coffee the next day the girl recognized me and said “hi Cynthia” when we walked in the door!

On google maps and on a sign it says open until 9 pm. So i drove 10 minutes to get here. Only the drive thru is open.

Went by this Starbucks expecting great service and timely drink at maybe noon o’clock. Unfortunately the manager working was extremely rude. Not well tempered and displayed unprofessional manners. She gave me a fake name to report her by. It was like Jessica or something of the sort. However I have gone in before and know that her name is Deja. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this inspires some change.

Great location with easy access from I-25 and San Mateo. I was on my way to Mexico and decided to stop for coffee. The barista who greeted us was very welcoming and started a friendly conversation, which made the visit even better.
After getting back on the road, we realized one of the drinks was incorrect. We quickly turned around and called the store—Martha answered right away, even though they were clearly busy. I explained the situation, and she kindly asked what we had originally ordered and began remaking the drinks immediately.
When we arrived, we brought in the incorrect drinks and they quickly handed us the correct ones—no hassle at all. The team was courteous, fast, and professional. Excellent customer service and incredibly friendly staff!

My boyfriend likes this location. They are always friendly and are happy to mix his custom coffee drink requests. I order tea from Starbucks and they always get my almond milk and chai order right. Other locations have mixed it up and I cannot drink real milk. The cashiers are all always happy and courteous. They ask if we are having a good day and we just feel great going. I have 3 kids who love the refreshers and they are sure to get us the drink carrier for the backseat. All our orders over the past year have been correct.
