I absolutely luv all the staff here, they r all so friendly and really get to know there customers. They are always cheerful and absolutely make my day when I go there. I work really long hrs and they always make my day better, they write little messages on my cup and it just brightens up my day. Great service in Edgewood! The Copper/I-40 Starbucks butchered my drink and I didn’t notice till I was almost home. Luckily this Starbucks in Edgewood fixed the, corrected the order no charge. Excellent customer service!

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They were out of everything. I ordered a drink which took over 10 minutes to make. They put it in a bigger cup because they were out of the size I ordered. When asked if they could top it off with more ice, I was told no as that was not the size I ordered. Dude had attitude, if you hate your job, quit…Asked for a straw and they gave me a small because they were out of the big straws. Worst of all they didn’t even make the drink right. Save yourself the time and go across the street to Smiths Starbucks. Drink was made right, no attitude, and had all the right inventory of stuff. Even the employee mentioned that they are horrible and come over to borrow stuff all the time. Not a supply chain issue but a management issue….fire the weird dude making the drinks and start with a positive working environment.

This is a terrible Starbucks location. They are consistently out of everything. They can’t seem to stock their classic syrup, matcha, flavors for teas, etc. Every time I order a drink they almost always respond with “we’re out of that”. Go to the one inside of smiths, they at least have ingredients to make drinks.

I don’t normally take the time to write these reviews but I felt compelled to share my gratitude and make sure employers know when they have an exceptional employee. Reyna is a remarkable example of an observant, kind, and thoughtful employee. I’ve probably only had 3 interactions with her through the drive thru but after the first one she remembers who I am, remembers to ask about my kids, and always make us feel special. That’s truly remarkable. We get our order correct, timely, and with that extra bit of genuine human caring. Priceless. ☕️

We stopped here due to a backup on I40 to grab a hot beverage. Weird April snowy day. 3 workers, 3 people inside, 1 guy smoking right outside the door. So, the visit didn’t start well. I stood at the register because their online ordering was off. After a few minutes of workers walking by without any eye contact or a greeting or a comment as to the wait.
Finally they take my order. No dark brew, it’ll be a pour over… no thanks. So, I ordered a medium and another beverage. The bathroom was dirty; which is unusual for a SB. I finally got our drinks after a fairly long wait, considering nobody was in front of me except for the drive-thru.
