Ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. I order it with 6 shots, 5 pumps, like it with a little more milk and extra cold foam. Why do I have to ask for a trenta cup, empty it out, and dump it in an add my own milk? What is the issue putting my drink in a bigger cup so it fits?its $11.00!!!!! Put it in an Trenta please!!!! Every time I have gone here I order the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Every time I get it there is always a little over half in the large cup. If you question the Barista they are rude and say they can’t fill the cup because of the policy. I have been all over the country and never had a half full drink from Starbucks. The Belen Starbucks is the only one who has ever done this. Trash.

I’m in town visiting from Southern California. Unfortunately, where I’m from most Starbucks have minimized or have altogether stopped the “Third Place” sentiment. No wonder this Starbucks has low reviews. The man up at front was very kind but the baristas are so rude they look at you with attitude. My toddler needed to use the restroom and I wanted to order before because restrooms are just for customers, and the baristas just kept on staring at me. I asked for the code because they were taking forever, she said it super low so I repeated just to make sure and said it wrong so she repeated it with attitude. Also my matcha had so much ice, I saw another barista make it and she seriously threw like 1/3 down the drain because she added so much ice. If you are driving through skip it, go to the next town.

Went in the morning to get a coffee and the young lady that attended me she was rude, I did explain I was having a hard time ordering, did not offer any help in the slightest.when I did try and order she did say they were out of an item but didn’t try and help with any substitute recommendations my overall experience here was just extremely poor service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young lady because I was just apuled with the service I just didn’t want to be in the building after the service I received. Won’t be recommending.

Stopped here on my drive El Paso to Albuquerque NM. Staff was quick and friendly. Newer Starbucks. Plus the whole police force was here…..for coffee, not a crime.

My son and I go here regularly and majority of the time the baristas have an attitude and act like they purchase the napkins from their checks. We went yesterday and I want to give the biggest compliment to Jude, I believe that was her name, she was very nice, gave prompt service, and gave napkins without us even having to ask. Definitely need more of her at this Starbucks.

Everytime I go here, the workers are so freaking rude, they always forget to put the topping on my drink, Sprinkles, etc.. Then when I say, doesn’t this come with a topping? They get my cup, madly put it on, I only go here if I’m desperate.
