Rolled up at 7:05pm on a Monday and the guy said they close at 7. Your Google listing AND the Starbucks website says you close at 8. Turning away customers an entire hour before you close is a bad look.

The baristas here are awesome! They always remember your name and your usual order. They are friendly and quick. Their service is consistent and they always make my lattes perfect! If I go to another Starbucks out of town, sometimes my drink doesn’t taste right (too much milk, old espresso, not enough syrup, etc). But at Window Rock, it’s always a delicious latte.

No line. No acknowledgment. 3 employees behind the counter. Two customers waiting for drinks. Im the only customer next in line. Not even a “we will be right with you”. They saw me but still totally ignored me as they went on about their business. I left without service. Disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location.

This place has gone downhill. It wasn’t great to begin with. They are unfriendly. Disengaged with the customers. And to top it off they consistently mess up our drinks. I mean, come on! For the amount of money, we spend they could get the drinks right. And I swear they put way too much ice in the drinks. More than any other Starbucks. They are constantly out of ingredients; who does the ordering anyway? It has just become an unpleasant experience all the way around. Sad to say, but we usually wait to go to the Gallup location, better drinks and better service.
Today my drink was horrible. A simple iced caramel macchiato w/ almond milk. There was no vanilla syrup, and it was bitter AF. Too much espresso to milk. Come on. This is a classic Starbucks drink, how can you mess it up??
