The drive up had several cars in it but it moved quickly. I had questions about the new protein drink. She explained it very clearly to me so I ordered a pumpkin latte. It was delicious. I’m very pleased!

This Starbucks is officially our favorite of all the Starbucks we have been to. Very cozy, ample room, and various areas to include a relaxing exterior seating setup. Service was on point all 3 tines we have visited this location on our trip. All drinks were delicious as usual. Well stocked selection of gift items as well. Get your wake me up fix here when you are in the Prescott area.

We rarely visit Starbucks. Today was an exception. We went through the drive-thru and grabbed 2 drinks. The young lady at the window was super polite and all smiles. Great service.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks(almost every one in AZ) and this is definitely one of my favorites. Huge store, comfy atmosphere and a cool patio. Even has a little art gallery too.

Starbucks are everywhere and their designs differ greatly. This particular branch has a large interior that includes a small conference room as well as a smart, shaded patio with tables and couch seating. Its location is a mere mile or so from the junction of 89 and 69 at Gurley Street so I was able to scoot over from the Prescottonian Hotel (Best Western) in 5-6 minutes. The cheery, lightning-fast crew made it even better.

Spacious and cozy at the same time. Fire place and outdoor seating. They even have a conference room that can be reserved.

Just stopped by on a birthday trip for my brother. The drinks were great but the service was even better!! I had asked the barista on bar I’d she could write “birthday extravaganza pt. 2” on his cup and they were about to until we realized the drink was already made. I loved how they were willing to write that on the cup. Very nice energy from all baristas in the store!!

Starbucks’ new policy changes, effective February 24, 2025, reflect a shift toward improving employee benefits, increasing sustainability, revamping their stores’ look, and changing the menus to focus on “specialty items”. I reviewed the Starbucks on East Highway 69. Some changes I personally noticed were the cups. The drinks were served in glass cups and ceramic mugs. I also noticed there was a newly added condiment station where you could top off creamer and sugar. One really positive thing is they allow refills if you choose the sustainable glass cup or ceramic mug option. Further backing up there “stay a while” slogan. Their menu also changed. This was a bit controversial because what if your favorite drink is no longer there? I personally didn’t have an issue with this. I think Starbucks’ new policies are all aimed for the customer and employee benefit. I think these policies are amazing!

We quickly ordered at the drive-thru. It wasn’t busy at all. Even inside only had a handfull of customers seated, as we saw from the window. We were not greeted but asked to answer the tip question and pay by the male barista, in a flat ‘I’m not about this job tone’!!! Yet we selected the $1, for a $3 drink, because in today’s society tips are expected not by how well a job is done, and if no tip is given for a bad job then the customer is in the wrong and the barista doesn’t learn to do better!
The amount of time it took to get the simple coffee with 1″ of cream and 5 sugars on the side (remember this) was way too long for the amount of customers or should I say lack of customers, which BTW is VERY strange for a Starbucks and now I understand why!!!
The coffee was too dark for the 1″ of cream to have been correctly added, so additional cream had to be requested, which took, you guessed it, an additional long amount of time to bring!
Do better, Starbucks!!!
Also, change your tip question to %!!! It should not be in amounts of $1, $2, $3, & $5.
