Im really disappointed with the service and inconsistency from this location. There is one specific girl who always argues with me about my order. When I ask for light ice she begins to debate with me and says it’s an “ice forward drink”. I never have this issue anywhere else, only at this specific location. Pretty disappointing.

Ordered a drink in the drive-through. I asked for no ice and they said it was not possible to have the drink all the way to the top. So I asked for light ice and they still didn’t fill the drink all the way to the top.
I do not have this poor service at any other Starbucks locations.

Patrons are probably better off going to the Safeway Starbucks in the same parking lot.

Absolutely the least professional service I’ve ever had from any Starbucks. Overly familiar, presumptive, rude.
The cashiers also like to pick the max tip on the card machine for you.

Often very disappointed when I go to this specific location. Today I’m mad about my coffee. I ordered my coffee drink, and when they handed it to me I could tell immediately that it was weak and didn’t have the proper amount of coffee in it. It was watered down looking, like a cup of watery milk. I have had this happen at this location several times. It’s made wrong. So I tell them I can see it’s just milk, they added a shot and handed it to me. I drove away quickly because cars were lined up behind me and I didn’t want to hold them up anymore. Anyway, my drink barely tasted like coffee.
I’m aggravated. The coffee is expensive and I want my coffee drink to be consistent. It never is at that location. Not going to go to this location again. Can’t believe that the manager just added a shot and didn’t remake my drink correctly. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks and I want my drink to be consistent at least.

I have yet to have a drink here made correct besides a water. They dont care at all for drink quality. Ive had coffes, fraps and chais messed up due to laziness. The baristas assume that customers dont know the recipes and standards so it is easy to do things wrong to make it faster. My soy chai is full of chunks from the soy milk.

We just had the most unpleasant visit! The barista working the drive thru “Joey”, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in any drive thru. Looking through past reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue . I’m sorry to anyone who has to start their day off interacting with him!

Went and got a coffee this morning and was very unhappy with my order. The worker at the windows this morning around 945ish (won’t mention color hair) repeated my order and still had it wrong. I get my coffee and I politely asked can you please add the missing ingredient and she brought it back and it was still wrong. Instead of hearing me out, she said “have a good day” like get out of my face! This employee should not be there next time!
