This is a starbucks in the Fry’s Grocery store. Like most in store locations the staff and policies differ slightly from stand-alone locations but nothing that will be much of an issue for the average customer.
This location had a remodel not too long ago and it is quite nice. They have seating with plugs available and the stores open wifi is available and decent connection. I didnt see anyone clean the tables the entire time I was there which was over an hour, so something to keep in mind.
The staff seems to be hit or miss over the years but on this visit the initial staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed a while on my computer and ordered a 2nd drink and a breakfast burrito eventually and the 2nd staff I dealt with did seem as if she was in a bad mood but wasn’t exactly rude.
On this trip I ordered a cookie crumble frap with oatmilk and it was as expected. Starbucks coffee has always been a bit on the bitter side for me but the sweetness of the fraps offsets it and I enjoyed the drink.
The 2nd drink I got was the pink drink with oatmilk instead of coconut milk (I dont like coconut) and I’ve had this before tho not in at least a year and I don’t know if the recipe changed or what but it just wasn’t very good. It didnt taste right but I couldn’t put my finger on why. It wasnt disgusting just not right. I still drank most of it and let my husband finish the rest and he agreed with me.
I also had the breakfast burrito which I believe was egg cheese and sausage but definitely had potato in it too. It was mid as the kids say, kind of basic nothing terrible nothing to write home about. Satisfied my hunger but probably wouldn’t get it again.
If you’re going to spend more than an hour here like I did, be aware the grocery store bathroom is gross. This isnt the Starbucks fault but just a heads up.

The sandwich could’ve used a bit more filling, there were barely any tomatoes & my pumpkin spice latte tasted slightly less sweet than what I’ve had at other locations, I guess every barista does it different but not much else to add.

This is the only Starbucks that you can order ahead which is convenient when I have a small window to stop between dropping my kids off at school then heading to work. I rarely treat myself, but when I do I always regret going to this Starbucks. I’m always hopeful it will be a different experience. Today I ordered a black tea with six pumps of classic syrup. As soon as I took a sip I tasted straight coffee. To be sure, I had a friend taste it and even they couldn’t bear the taste of bitter coffee instead of tea. The drinks are always made incorrectly and the employees attitudes are unpleasant. The employees make the customers feel like they are a bother and they don’t want to make your drinks. The few times I’ve gone in, there is constant side eyeing and irritated faces being made to their coworkers when taking my order.

This Starbucks is not well managed, I stood in line for about 4 minutes did not get talked to until the barista finished another order… until than she gave me service and it was poor… I think Starbucks is always about customer service and how you treat your people because I work at one and I for sure like to make sure my people are well treated and I think it’s a policy your not allowed to use “ non commercial soap “ to wash your dishes, the place was a mess boxes stacked in the lobby it represents a poor Starbucks and it’s embarrassing but here I am writing this and upsets me because I work at one and wouldn’t want to make the company look like this because it’s a company we share and should make sure it’s top #1 because we want our people back and that’s what makes us friendly this upsets me and I hope FRYS can make a difference in this because it’s in your store make the difference here I have attached a photo of the dish soap this can be very ineffective and fry’s manage your Starbucks the way it should be managed seriously it’s embarrassing for the Starbucks company it’s the first time I see noncomercial dish soap being used like this…. Also following Starbucks recipes the way they are suppose to be followed is key as well these baristas need training…. My comment may be irrelevant but seriously this is not cool.

The new employees at this location are incredibly unwelcoming, unfriendly and rude. They barely acknowledge your existence, talk so low that you can barely hear them and they’re definitely much more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Basically just makes you feel like a nuisance for being a customer.

I was at this particular Starbucks around 5pm today and one of the workers was a girl named Shay, didn’t catch the other one. The other girl said she’d be with me in a minute SAT there cleaning a container (guess they can’t multi-task) and continued to talk about being on Tinder, like all I wanted was a cake pop for my 5 year old and these girls to busy talking about being on Tinder. This is why I will always chose Dutch Bros smh disappointing.

Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me us the absolute amazing customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife’s multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly appreciate it.

The scheduling manger needs to get a good talking to. How do you only have two people on a shift that gets busy and both of them are practically new. They didn’t have to say they were new but it was completely obvious that they struggling from not knowing the flow of things. While one knew more than the other, they still didn’t have enough experience to run a busy shift on their own. The poor girls were struggling. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars because the employees were nice and they were trying to keep things in order. If it were any other experienced employee that was being lazy, I would have given 1 star. The drink took 35 minutes to be made and was super sweet like the mixture ratios were off. I didn’t expect much after seeing the girls struggling. Which, again, the scheduling manager needs a good talking to about scheduling.

Worst experience at Starbucks. Whoever the two ladies working 1/9/2021 @5:30pm were, they must have been bothered by the mere presence of me. When ordering (nothing difficult or special) I was asked the simple questions of: hot, cold, etc., although I’d previously provided that information. After ordering first drink she asked, ‘is that all?’ No ma’am, I replied, I have another, and ordered. The barista making the drinks expressed to the customers before me to have a great day and thanked them. When I picked up my drinks, I said, ‘thank you very much’. And she walked off. I continued to look at them both, wondering what the reason for the less than desirable exchange was for, only to just walk away, shaking my head. I think I may just be asking too much; common courtesy?
