Used to be quick and consistent, but ever since the new staff started, it’s been nothing but confusion, delays, and wrong drinks. The old team always had things running smoothly, but now it feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. Orders get mixed up, drinks come out tasting different every time, and it takes forever to get your coffee even when it’s not busy. I really hope they get the new employees properly trained soon, because this used to be one of the best Starbucks locations around

Update!: waited over 15 minutes for my drink. Waited over 5 minutes in line. they hired new staff that sucks.. expect a wait. They attracted wrong customers that take forever to pay in cash. Way too busy. Crowded with long wait. Please avoid next time.

Honestly one of the worst Starbucks experiences. They are sooooo slow. I’ve gone on multiple occasions and they disappoint every single time. It doesn’t matter whether it’s full of people or not, it will still take them over 20 minutes to get your order even if you did it online.

I won’t lie the drinks are great, but it’s been on multiple occasions where they’ve forgotten stuff from order or messed it up. Today for example i asked for 2 venti matcha iced with cold phone, payed 20 dollars just for them to take forever and still give me the wrong size, they gave me a grande. Last time i asked for oat milk and they did not give me oat milk. Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Long waits are the standard for this Starbucks! Took the drinks home which is at least a 10 minute drive. My wife tried her pumpkin spice latte and was disgusted! I tried it and it tasted like muddy water! No pumpkin spice! This is not the first time that we’ve had a bad drink experience! Most of the time we don’t even bother trying to get a new drink because of the time factor! Starbucks is not living up to its standards! Employees are overwhelmed or don’t care and management turns a blind eye! Typical for the region!

Great service! Nogales Starbucks is a really busy store since it’s the only one in the city. I can say customers are just so impatient & expect their orders to be done as soon as they order or they come in a hurry 5-10 minutes before having to be somewhere as if there won’t be a wait . Nogales people need to be better & MANAGE YOUR TIME instead leaving bad reviews or getting angry at baristas that are only doing their best at their job. The demand is high!

I received my drink and it was not made how it was ordered. But Alexis the young lady who took my call of complaint was very gracious and offered to correct my drink order on my next visit. Customer service is great. And makes me happy to return to this establishment. When someone takes pride on making the customer happy and pride in their work and their products I will be a repeat customer . Again thank you to Alexis for making my order right.

Went to Starbucks with my sister and originally wanted a cold brew was told “they do not have cold brew” settled for a venti strawberry açaí with lemonade and was handed this. It’s not full. And have not drunk out of it. Very disappointed and upset.
