This is why I tip once I see my drinks. This location only has a few people who can make drinks as shown or how they are supposed to be. It’s always a starbucks surprise at this location. Look at what I got? You would think with the cup half full of ice the top wouldn’t be empty? It’s literally mostly ice.

One of the most disgusting and dirty restaurants I have ever been in. This location is in an up and coming new area with other businesses being built around it, so it must be newer as well. If this was my first Starbucks experience I would never go back. Workers were polite, food was ok, coffee was nothing more than milk water, restaurant itself was in violation of every health code, disgusting! Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves, do better!

Jesse was absolutely wonderful during my visit! The store was incredibly busy, but he stayed kind, upbeat, and full of energy the entire time. He worked hard to keep things running smoothly and made sure every customer felt taken care of. I was especially impressed with how gracefully he handled a rude customer—remaining calm, professional, and friendly throughout the interaction. Jesse’s positivity and work ethic really stood out and made my experience so much better. Starbucks is lucky to have him on the team!

I gave a specialized order for my morning coffee and Monty who was at the register, fixed my grande Pikes quickly and to perfection, even taking the time when it was done to search me out among the crowd to let me know it was ready. He even walked it part way into the lobby as I got up from my table to retrieve it. I ask for steamed half n half so my coffee is light and he got it just right, even left room in case I wanted more creamer and to add sugar. This really made my morning experience so pleasant and the reason I pretty much am exclusive to Starbucks when I buy a coffee. The others don’t measure up.

I love visiting the Starbucks located in the charming Verrado town in Buckeye! One of the things I appreciate most is that they never get my order wrong, which is a huge plus for me. The customer service is always amazing, making each visit a pleasant experience.
While the inside is small, they do have outdoor tables available, which is a nice option when the weather is nice.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks for a great cup of coffee and exceptional service!

Was visiting for work and stopped in for hot cocoa. Jesse went above and beyond to take care of us. I was very impressed. He was so attentive to not only us, but every customer that walked in. It really felt like he cared about us. This is the first time since 2008 that I’ve enjoyed my hot cocoa from Starbucks (I kept trying), and it’s because Jesse listened and helped create something he knew I’d love. Thank you! I’ve never had such great service at a Starbucks before. Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in town.

there has never been a time where i come to this exact location and i have an enjoyable experience, i come back because its close to home & i think “let’s give them another shot” the drinks never taste right, staff always have bad attitudes and they almost never fill the drinks all the way. mind you, i’ve never asked for “light ice” so idk why they do that. they need to change management or somthing

Diogba was very polite and professional! I was having issues with the SB app and he was able to get my issue sorted! All the baristas at the location have been polite and patient! This is a very busy location, and though it’s very accessible from the highway, the parking lot it shares with its neighboring businesses is often full, so there drive through often resembles a “Chick-Fil-A” line! It’s usually pretty clean and the music is always on point—which makes the wait not so bad! Said all that to say…expect a bit of a wait if you don’t order ahead, but that’s expected at most establishments nowadays!
