30 minutes waiting in drive thru and stuck so couldn’t get out but really would have loved to. Get to speaker FINALLY and wait 8 minutes before they take an order. NO cars in front of me. Drivethru is cleared out. Still sittinf at speaker waiting with a line behind me wrapping around to the entrance and down the street. This place STINKS! Never ever ever again. Yikes.

Jeremiah and Johnny made this visit one of a kind tonight! They both greeted me with a smile I could hear through the speaker. It honestly made my night! And to my surprise when I arrived to my location my mom and I noticed these beautiful notes. This has made us feel special! Our drinks were amazing too! I stop by about 3-5 times at this location and didn’t know I was missing out on these 2 amazing employees. I will be looking forward to my future visits with these gentlemen. I came here and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a banana loaf. I took one drink of the coffee and it was SO bitter. Did not taste like blonde. I took it back so they could remake it. The chick was like it’s because you only got 2 pumps of brown sugar (instead of the 4). No mam I get this same exact drink at a different location. So you’re telling me the coffee isn’t good unless it’s for 4 pumps of syrup? And I hate when I pay for a drink and they don’t fill it up. This is a $6 dollar drink fill it to the top please. Smh. They remade it, it’s still not as good as my normal location but better than the 1st one they gave me.

I come almost every morning to get a coffee. I usually ask for light ice, but when I get my drink the cup is always almost half full with ice. Today I came and there was a young guy on the speaker. All he said was “hello” not anything like “what can I get for you” I said I had an online order I come up to the window and he told me my total was 14 dollars but I paid online. He gave me my drink and didn’t even offer me a straw or no thank you or anything kind of a groggy attitude. I still come here no matter what, but today was different. It’s the closest Starbucks to me so I’ll continue coming…

I watched one of the people spit in my drink. I said something to the Manager and they said that they wouldn’t do anything about it. For me to contact the district manager. So I hope a district manager is reading this message. Your employees are spitting peoples drinks at this location. Please check it regulate them.
