My favorite starbucks! I appreciate how all of the employees who work here have done a phenomenal job of getting to know me… They all know my name and how I take my coffee!! I usually don’t even have to say a word cause they almost always have my coffee made by the time I’m up to order! Keep doing a wonderful job, yall! You are my favorite starbucks around here!!

Staff is always super friendly and kind and the drinks are almost always perfect! Though it has lost some traction because of the bigger Starbucks across the lot, this coffee shop has a special place in my heart. There are also chairs and tables nearby and there’s wifi in the store, so I’m able to work while sipping my delicious coffee! To the baristas at this lovely Starbucks, keep your head up! You guys are awesome and you make my day!!

Staff needs more training, more attentive.After 2 people in front of had drinks made wrong i lowered my expectations on getting a decent coffee. More of a 7-eleven coffee vibe here. Location in safeway.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the Goodyear/Litchfield area. Upon arrival the cashier didn’t acknowledge us and was having a bit of an attitude while taking our order. Then we were waiting for our drinks for a while until my husband finally just walked up and noticed our drinks had been sitting there for who knows how long. They never said our name. I know it gets busy, but some people just look forward to that one cup of coffee. Do better.

I requested a venti hot oatmilk latte and they made it an Americano which messed the whole order up drink is disgusting I’m so upset. Then the two girls want to have an attitude and be mean like really girls just do your job and have a better attitude. or get a new job don’t work with people in customer service if you have none. I don’t drink coffee but on occasion I enjoy a java chip. I had a coupon and decided to get myself one, and after waiting awhile seeing how they were pretty busy making others their coffee I patiently waited for my turn.
Greeted with such a sad look on the young ladies face had me feeling bad for even buying a coffee.

I am a veteran and I heard that Starbucks was giving away free coffee. So I went to this Starbucks in Safeway on Estrella, close to Estrella Foothills High school and they were rude to me. When I asked them what was free for veterans, the cashier looked at me like I was a disease. The other girl was rude as well. When I showed them my Veteran’s ID, they rudely said “you don’t need to show us that.” Not only did the cashier give me attitude, not one person thanked me for my service!!!! I will never give this place my business and I really hope this Starbucks looks at their employees a little further!

The place is normally a bit slow. Yesterday I went and the cashier kept correcting the way I said Trenta and made it a big deal for me to pronounce the word. She completely understood what I was saying but kept correcting me after I had ordered. She made it not enjoyable and was Snobbish about the whole thing
