This Starbucks has a great location, clean restrooms, and very friendly staff. The drinks and service quality are consistently good. The only downside is that the drive-thru is extremely slow—the lines are always long and move much slower compared to other Starbucks locations. I think it’s just because this is a prime, busy spot. Still, apart from the wait time, everything else here is solid.

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt time after time, but after today’s visit, I won’t be returning.
I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, and the label on the cup was clearly marked correctly. However, after leaving the store and tasting my drink, it was hot chocolate not even close to what I ordered. To make matters worse, the cup was only half full.
This location is consistently disappointing, on multiple occasions my orders have been wrong but I’ve always let is slide, but this was unacceptable. How does some confuse caramel macchiato with hot chocolate?? Something needs to change, whether that’s better training, more attentive employees, or stronger management. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every order and still end up with the wrong drink.

I mobile ordered and didn’t interact with any baristas, though I usually get acknowledged and thanked at other Starbucks stores. I pay over 7$ for this Shaken Espresso. This is the perfect example why people make coffee at home and why I don’t buy often at Starbucks anymore. I got less liquid and no customer service. As a previous barista, this is ridiculous. I can easily ignore myself at home and throw 10$ in the trash instead. But I’m not home, I’m on a business trip, and obviously made a poor decision in coffee. There are better Starbucks to go to, avoid this one because this is not the 1st or second time this has happened at this location but you think after a year things would’ve changed. First time having any breakfast food from here. I had the egg, gouda cheese and bacon sandwich. It was very tasty, loved the ciabatta bread! Idk the young man who was doing drive thru that Sunday morning, (he has really curly hair) but they need to keep him around!! His energy & spirit was refreshing. We loved it and he was so kind to us!!

the baristas have no care for a single customer. they were the only store on christmas and couldn’t even commit to staying open. they blamed it on management which is partially true. but they are a union store, the CHOSE to be open on christmas. they put these MICROSCOPIC cones right in front of the building to “close the line” THERES 40+ PEOPLE WAITING AT THE STREET LIGHT. nobody told the people waiting in line for an hour at the street a word. customers were telling us they were closed. baristas rolling eyes that people waited in line for a SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. not a care in the world for others, they didn’t tell us they closed until everyone waited 1 hour plus in line. such a useless crew. they blamed it on the amount of mobile orders as well. they do this EVERY SINGLE YEAR. they have the ability to turn off mobile orders. they’ve done it before, why not this year? they don’t care. they need new workers, new management and new personalities. christmas is really hard for me and my family, as well as so many others. so the last thing we need as customers is baristas and MANAGERS rolling their eyes at us, yelling at us like we are the problem. get your team in check, extremely disrespectful and they do not need to be working if they can’t even commit to the job. they closed a whole 30 minutes early, and mind you 20 minutes until they closed not a SINGLE CAR WAS IN LINE.

I didn’t get the barista’s name on drive thru I forgot to look at their badge but they were super sweet very friendly and helped me modify my raspberry cold brew in a way that made me want to order 10 more and gave me an additional suggestion for next time I order it. I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past month and a half every day sometimes 2x a day. The service is getting worse every day. The long drive through lines, food is cold, drinks melted by the time you get to your turn and pay. Not sure why you don’t have enough staff especially during rush hours?

I travel valley wide everyday and try many many coffee shops including Starbucks. I get my coffee with no flavor so I could taste the coffee and how it was roasted and out of all the coffee shops except the DGino in verado. This is one of the best coffee shops basing it off taste and customer service.

I regret having to bring this to your attention, but this is the second instance I have encountered. The lids on my beverages have a noticeable body odor scent. I kindly ask that you remind your staff to wash their hands thoroughly. This issue has occurred at two separate locations, one in Sun City and one in Goodyear.
