I love them! They’re my favorite location. Always get a PupCup if you have a dog. Since I always go through the drive through, I have a quick question… Do you guys have a community bulletin board inside to post stuff on (i.e. local fundraisers)? 🙂

Staff is always friendly and profesional. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a barista by the name of Sarah. We had our own coffee mugs; we ordered coffee,, she is very detailed oriented. She wrote the description of our mugs on the labels to identify the drinks. (We both have two tone colored mugs). Awesome customer service !!

I went to the drive through for an iced matcha and a pup cup. The person at the window was polite but unfortunately my the matcha is undrinkable. It is very dark green, bitter, and has clumps of matcha powder throughout the cup. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund by sending pictures of the drink and my bank statement since I was unable to return to this location. I was told that there was nothing they could do since I didn’t pay through the app or have hard copy receipt (the cashier did not give or offer me one). I completely understand if this is their policy it’s just disappointing to have paid for something that I can’t even enjoy.

Certainly the best Starbucks location I’ve been to in the valley. Very friendly and engaged younger staff who mesh well together. Many, many regulars at this location speaks volumes. Often no seating, which is a bummer but indicative of success. My sole gripe is the *terrible* music Playlist, but given that it is the one I hear at most locations, it seems to be a corporate mandate rather than a choice. Very clean, expedient, and high quality.

This is a great Starbucks location. I highly the nitro brew coffee. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend the nitro brew coffee it’s smooth like silk. This specific Starbucks location also has a. drive-thru. The staff at the Starbucks is always friendly and nice. This specific Starbucks also has breakfast items. Dive through was fast compared to what I have normally seen or been. Lady sounded stressed. Didn’t suggestive sell. Took a little longer on 1 drink. I hope her day was great.
