Honestly pretty mid as far as starbucks goes. DONT order online through mobile expecting it to be ready when the app says it’s ready because it’s literally never ready. Super slow service almost made me late for work several times because they only start making the drink until after I get there and ask where my drink is(usually ten minutes after I put my order through the app) Just don’t expect your drink in a timely manner

At every Starbucks Drive through I’ve visited over the years. I place an order. Drive to the window. Swipe my card or app. Wait a few moments for my order and I’m on my way. At this location you place an order Drive to the window and get completely ignored by the staff. She never greated me or
took my payment. She simply walked around marking her containers with markers and ignored me the entire time I sat there. My recommendation drive down the street to the Starbucks on Ellsworth and Riggs. You won’t have to deal with childish vile behavior.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I just had the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Radel at this location is literally the sweetest human, and made my drive through experience something to remember. I was telling her how I was sad they got rid of the very berry hibiscus refresher and she made the recommendation to try the new midnight drink. She made me a mini one to try and also gave me some hot sauce for the new jalapeño pocket I got that I had never had before. Her small talk didn’t seem forced or awkward and was genuine. Seems small, but the way she was so nice and welcoming at a drive through was amazing. I hope corporate sees my review somehow and takes note.

Tried to pay with a 100$ bill. Unfortunately they don’t have the cash to change it. I called for a manager to change it or get more money, but no. I am a very unsatisfied customer, I ordered and attempted to pay. The service was so unexceptional and I left with no coffee order. BAD STARBUCKS. BAD. BOOO.

We usually use the drive thru to get my kids drinks before school and everyone is amazing but today the drive thru was closed and we had to go inside. I wish I caught her name but the sweetest blonde worker sat there talking to my kids the entire time while we waited on their orders. She made intentional conversation, complimented my daughter’s Hamilton nails and really just left an amazing impression. I know mornings are peak rush and it meant a lot to me as a mom, and to the kids that someone seemed interested in what they had to say. They didn’t stop talking about “how nice” this worker was until we got to the school. Keep spreading your joy in a chaotic world!

They won’t give you free water anymore… had to buy a drink in order to just get a water. I think AZ should be excluded of this new policy since it’s hot and dry out here.

My experience at this Starbucks was incredible! The atmosphere and store was very clean. The staff seemed to communicate extremely well and handle the influx of orders with ease. I am extremely impressed, especially with Rachel, who helped me and was quick to notice any customers if they had been waiting too long. She was proactive and shows strong leadership qualities. I will be coming back because of my post rev experience!

This is my most favorite Starbucks to come to, I’m in school right now so I stay here for hours studying, the staff is all so nice, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Drinks are of course delicious but it’s the staff that really make this place. Only complaint is it’s always freezing but that’s probably just a personal problem lol

This Starbucks location sucks! Went into order and stood there for AWHILE while 4 employees walked by repeatedly/paid no attention to me. If you’re busy, I get it, but you can say something instead of looking down as if no customers were in the store. If you’re looking for good customer service, go to the Starbucks on Higley and Queen Creek. Avoid this location!
