I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location, and unfortunately they’ve made me not want to return—yet I feel like I have no other option.
During one visit, I was laughing in the drive-through at the same time a barista was taking out the trash. She assumed I was laughing at her, which was absolutely not the case. Instead of clarifying, another barista confronted me at the window, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I was honestly shocked by how that was handled.
On another visit, I waited over 15 minutes in line for my drinks. I asked for one pump of white mocha and was told no—despite having been given it before and even offering to pay for it. There was no consideration for the long wait, the mistake, or basic customer service. The rules suddenly changed, and I was left feeling dismissed.
Offering two $4 gift cards does not address the larger issue. Since these experiences, I feel like I’m treated very differently at this store, and that’s incredibly disappointing. I spend a lot of money here, often bringing my entire family of six, and this is not the level of service I expect.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but consistent poor treatment and lack of accountability leave me no choice. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome

Every time I come to this Starbucks the workers are always rude. I understand getting overwhelmed at a job, I work in the service Industry myself. But, it’s not hard to have a smile and a positive attitude. I’m to nice to be mean to workers so I’ll write a review. They never make my order right. I’ll ask for cold foam and they’ll put whip cream and dress it up like it’s “cold foam”. I know the difference between whip cream and cold foam… The expresso ALWAYS tastes old like they aren’t changing the pods to the machine. I think I’ll take my business to the Starbucks on Florence or pick up at Dutch Bros for now on. They always come through with what I ask and have a great service.

Couldn’t get your drink right if you begged them too. I ordered 2 hot drinks. 1 hot gingerbread chai with no foam on top. And 1 white hot chocolate. They handed me an iced chai. I gave it back. Then they gave it back hot but with foam on it so I had to have them take it off. I pulled off and took a drink of the white hot chocolate, to find out it’s not white chocolate. Cool!! I’ll stick with the one in Safeway.

I love starbucks and probably wont ever stop going there for a bad review wont effect them but i just wanted to put it out there. This is my least favorite starbucks. I ask forno wip cream on the fraps and they put it anyways, I ask for extra almond milk and they don’t add extra. It makes me wonder if they even use sugar free vanilla when I ask for it….

Earlier today I picked up my mobile order and when i tasted it, it tasted extremely salty and almost sour. I went back when I found the time and let them know what had happened. The girl at the window was super nice and fixed me up a perfect remake. She even made sure I liked it before I left. Although the drink wasn’t good the first time, the customer service of this girl was absolutely amazing. She boosted my mood with her kind tone and assuring words. She really made my experience a whole lot better!

I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Today I had the worst experience ever. is it that hard to get my drink that I’ve ordered for so long just to get it right? I was on my way to work! How petty it is to send an employee out when the manager has to hide because they can’t deal with customers I asked for corporate’s number to the employee. She gave me a gift card and wanted me to call the customer service for the gift card. I asked for corporate number and didn’t get it. I didn’t get my drink or a refund!

Worst Starbucks ever. We are on a trip and they wouldn’t let us pick up our mobile order from inside even though I could see it sitting on the counter ready. They said we had to use the drive through line which literally had 30 cars in it. It would have taken an hour to get cold coffee. They said we should just call for a refund. Super rude and dumb.

Friendly service, beautiful Cafe inside that is quite large, plus a covered patio outside. My first visit just now.

Both bathrooms were unlocked (a plus!) And the washing sinks were in the hallway outside the bathrooms.

It wasn’t busy including drive-thru because it’s 230pm but service on delivery was a bit slow.

My name wasn’t called out when my order was placed in the counter (completed) like the other customers were That last part only matters if there is another person with your name (my name is common) or if you’re touching other peoples’ drinks to see if is yours.

I like this Cafe and I will be back. It us 100 times nicer and larger than the cafe on Florence Blvd, especially the open easy parking. (Florence staff are more efficient by that parking is kamakazi.)

Side Note: I prefer cafes for several reasons. The store kiosks seem to not give you your points on promos, plus seating and the environment are iffy in Safeway and Frys Marketplace in CG. Frys has an oldee guy that’s in there for hours all day everyday, like a vagrant or someone living in their car or a mobile closeby without good a/c or something.

I go in every day for my mobile order. A lady named Katie came to me at the pick up area and she was so rude asking what I was there for. I paid for two drinks mind you. I told her I was just waiting for my second drink, I then heard her yelling at an employee who was there while I was waiting and she told them not to pull the stickers out of order. The barista told her she was trying to find the drink that they printed ( i don’t know what that means but the barista was scared of two older people on the floor) they weren’t working just watching. The lady names Katie had no apron on. as well as the other person with her. They were the only people i heard throughout the whole store. I was in a conference and even my peers could hear the just them laughing loudly and coming up to customers in meetings and bothering them just trying to get their work done. I feel bad for the employees who I saw personally getting yelled at by customers as they just bothered other customers. I will not be going back to starbucks. Sadly Dunking doesn’t even treat their employees that bad!!!!! Shame on you STARBUCKS!! Management and HR!
