i come here pretty often and my drinks are always spectacular, holiday in a cup. came in this morning was super excited for my morning starbucks— lady called my name, why half my chai latte had vanilla sweet cold foam? i’m paying almost $9 for my drink id expect it to be made correctly and mind you all the syrup was at the bottom. definitely will be coming back to get a refund.

I come in regularly and the staff are always friendly and working hard. They know a lot of customers by name and remember things about their lives and what’s going on with them. They’re also friendly with each other, working well as a team and laughing together, which is so nice to see and hear when you’re sitting in the cafe working for a long period of time.
A lot of people mention in their review that it can be slow, which isn’t always true, except especially during the going-to-work rush, but that’s really only because they are the only Starbucks this side of town and it seems like everybody in the city comes through. They are constantly getting mobile orders, too. If you watch the workers, they are focused and going as fast as they can, and they do their best to make your waiting experience as enjoyable as they can.

Basically always understaffed. Today I ordered ahead it wasn’t ready and I received cold coffee that should have been hot. I recommend going somewhere else where you can get a great quality, hot cup of coffee for a lesser price. Suggest supporting mom and pops. I will continue to myself now that my gift card is gone.

I have already contacted customer service about today’s visit at around 12pm. I received a caramel macchiato with absolutely no flavor. Very poor quality. For the price coffee costs here, I feel robbed. I have been here numerous times and today was terrible. I hope staff doesn’t cheat anyone else on their coffee.

The service was good, but I ordered my drink with a milk alternative due to an allergy and was given regular milk instead. It was likely a simple mistake, and fortunately my allergy isn’t severe, but this could be much more serious for someone else. I hope this is something the staff can be more mindful of in the future.

Ordering a simple drink went sooo wrong. I come to this establishment so many times like I know everyone but lately they have been a lot of staff change and it’s just not as welcoming or kind as it used to be. Today I ordered a strawberry refresher with light ice light water no strawberry pieces. Extra base normally comes out to $6.13 well today when I went and gave them the same exact order, they tried to charge me about $1.50 more than what it normally is so me trying to explain I normally get this all the time and it is 613. I was treated rude and cut off in the middle of me trying to explain it and was told that her manager told to do it like that and that’s what it was. I then went to the window and asked to speak to a manager. Amanda came up and I showed her my phone how I always get the order and how is normally this price show my phone screen and everything she said all you had to do was ask for light water and she fixed it. Well, there was another manager back there by the name of Isaac I believe very rude. Very disrespectful. Went over Amanda‘s head and made her change the price back to the upcharge. And gave me a nasty look. I then went to the Starbucks on PINAL in casa grande and received the same drink at my normal price! Starbucks do better and get rid of your people who don’t care to deal with people! Very rude! Just lost a customer of over 4 years!

You wait and wait thinking the people in front of you ordered the whole store and they hand out one drink. I just don’t get what takes so long. Starbucks used to be quick now you have to make sure you have half the day free just to get a coffee. Time to go somewhere else. Wound up leaving without my food because they just were too slow. I had my coffee and was waiting for my food and just got upset left because I was already late getting back to work. Took 30 minutes to get one coffee with 4 cars in front of me, terrible.
