This was my first time stepping inside this location, and I did not feel welcomed. There was no one in sight when I walked in. There is no menu above the counter. It took a minute to even find the register to order, and there was a limited menu sitting on the counter. Someone finally came out of the back room to ask what they could get me. After a bit, he said there’s more options on the other side of the cardboard menu and flipped it over. I said “I was wondering where those went.”
I ordered a drink, paid with the app on my phone, and looked for a spot to wait for it.
There are no tables, no chairs, and one single, lonely little bench off in the corner. There is no restroom. It was far from a welcoming space where you could “stay a while.”
The drink was good, but I’m not likely to return to this location unless it’s in the drive thru.

I came in today 10/1 around 4:55pm and the lady who gave me the drinks and food was just laughing she would turn her head and laugh like I can’t see her. She was so rude to me I had just spent $36.38 and she’s just talking smack about me and laughing …she must feel bad about herself to be acting like teen in a grown man body. I was going to say something back but if she really needs to act like that to feel better than so be it mean girl vibes
But tbh I would not be laughing at people with that face. Avoid this place at all cost. The other review are right the workers are so rude

The barista that gave us our coffee was extremely rude, didn’t even look our way. We placed an online order and we walked from the hospital across the street, since they accepted our order we proceeded to pick up at the drive through as the lobby was locked, we waited over 30 minutes before even asking for our drink in the drive through and when we did because it was ready and paid for they were rude. If they allow orders and take your money they should have a warning online that they’re closed. We walked and couldn’t even get our order.

I ordered hot drinks this included a venti Americano and none of them came with sleeves or stoppers. Carrying a venti hot drink with no sleeve is honestly unsafe, and I had to ask for stoppers myself. When I did, the employee was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made the situation feel even more frustrating.
I had also ordered a hot food item through the app, only to be told that it wasn’t available. No alternatives were offered until I specifically asked.
I returned the next day hoping the night before was just an off moment, but the same issue happened again with my hot drink coming without a sleeve. On top of that, the cinnamon pull-apart I ordered came out cold and pretty hard.
I like Starbucks, which is why this was disappointing. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the location can improve consistency and customer service going forward. It’s not that hard.

This Location is the worst one. the girls are always in a bad mood or rude with an attitude. They clearly do not like their job and it shows and they should look into getting a different one. This is the second time in 2 days that my sandwich has been given to me completely apart. They couldn’t even bother to have my sandwich put together. The other day I ordered a Banana Bread warmed. It was given to me cold I asked for it to be warmed up and the girl stared at me for a while then rolled her eyes and went to warm it for me. If this wasn’t my only Starbucks option because it is across the street from work and its convenient I wouldn’t come here. and I DONT recommend this location..

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I thought with the remodel the service would get better but it has not. The employees need an attitude adjustment

During my visit, I encountered an issue with an employee named Dayanara (short, long black hair, glasses). We placed our order through the app and arrived a few minutes later, fully aware we might need to wait. When we politely asked for a bag and utensils, she rolled her eyes, shut the window, and returned with the items along with our drink. She then unnecessarily scolded us, stating that customers ‘have to give 5–12 minutes’ for orders to be prepared, even though we had not expressed any complaints about the wait.

When I requested to speak with a manager, Dayanara remained present and when I asked her to step away, she rolled her eyes again. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was dismissive, which gave me the impression my concerns were not taken seriously. It’s really sad some people are not grateful to have a job in this stressful economic.

Unlike 99% of the world’s population, I do not have the Starbucks menu memorized. I was surprised to see there is now not a menu inside of this location after the remodel. Needless to say, I felt like a bumbling idiot trying to remember what my friends often order. Perhaps I will need to come more prepared in the future but I would really appreciate a menu! Otherwise, the location looks nice and glad to see the staff have a break room!

I stop daily during the week and 2 out of 5 of my orders are missing and always have to be remade. The drinks should NOT be out for anyone to grab. It’s inconvenient that I have to wait triple amount of time.

Place is always closing the lobby @7pm??? Then rush the heck out of me and my partner when ordering. Workers need customer service training, not just hire anyone with an attitude. Closing this lobby is such an inconvenience especially when I order ahead and need to wait a 15+ min line for my already ready now watered down drink
