Giving four stars only because everytime I come to this location they are so slow. I totally understand that sometimes it’s busy & some orders can take longer but I have gone everyday this week and I have had to wait each time. And im not taking like 5 minutes sometimes it can take up to 15min in the drive thru, I am not sure if they are short staffed or what. So if you are in a hurry I wouldn’t stop at this location. I will say everytime I do get my drinks it taste really good and everyone is so friendly but the wait is a little crazy.

So disappointed. This is the worst Starbucks in town. There are no standard operating procedures. 9/10 they will get my order wrong. The same drink will taste so different depending on who makes it.
It’s upsetting knowing how many Starbucks I’ve been to and most of them are the model of consistency but not this one. I expect more out of Starbucks.

Pretty typical Starbucks location…good, hot coffee (well, and cold coffee too, I suppose). The service was slow for some reason, but they acknowledged that with a sincere apology. The only negative about the location is that it can be challenging to get into the parking lot due to the layout of the adjacent streets.

I love all the Starbucks locations in the St. George area, but this store is my regular Go-To Location. I love the staff and the service is always perfect. The location is always clean, even when they are super busy. This location does get a lot interstate travel traffic from visitors to the national parks nearby. Weekend can get busy, but the parking lot and drive through is big enough to handle the load. And the staff is fast and friendly always. One of the best locations I have found. Great atmosphere here.

My order is always wrong. When I order a pumpkin spice I get a caramel frap, when I order a venti I get a grande, and many more mistakes. Then the employees gaslight you and lie about the order being wrong and won’t fix it. I would recommend trying a different location

This Starbucks location was a complete mess. The customer service was absolutely horrible — the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and rude. Communication was terrible; no one explained why everything was taking so long. I waited forever just for one drink, The entire place felt chaotic and unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had.

They gave my daughter a nasty looking refresher with visibly rotten moldy strawberries. I cannot believe the audacity of these baristas! I am profoundly disgusted that my child almost drank this had I not noticed the “off” color of the drink. I just realized this place has alot of negative reviews and now I see why. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! GO TO THE RED CLIFFS DRIVE ONE THEY ALWAYS EXCEED EXPECATIONS!
