I went through the drive-thru around 10:30 this morning and all was well until I made it to the window. The girl working asked if I had any exciting plans for the day, to which I replied “not really just working today”. She asked where I worked and I told her. She proceeded to say “no shade but…” and continued to talk down where I work and even made a personal comment about why she didn’t like it. I have never met this girl until this morning. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn’t sure what to say after that. I’m secure enough that I didn’t retaliate, or say anything negative. I just apologized and said “yeah I guess”. I was handed my drink and I told her to have a great day. My drink was great. My experience was not at all. I have gone to that Starbucks for a long time and have always had a great experience, but maybe it’s time for me to find a different location sadly. 🙁

We stopped here on our way to SLC from CA and the staff was VERY nice. Nice atmosphere and very clean. I would love to comeback here anytime we roadtrip again. I 100% recommend this place, my son was the one who placed his order and I was very happy when she looked at him and listened to him as more places don’t because he’s a child. I haven’t been to Starbucks in 4 years… I decided to treat myself this morning! Big let down. Of course they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted so I ordered the egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich! There was a piece of bacon, it wasn’t even a half of a piece, folded and hanging out of the side. Even if I unfolded it, it did Not reach the other side of this tiny, little sandwich that was also ice cold!! I spent $13.00 for the medium coffee and this little sandwich!! I could of spent $8.00 at McDonald’s and gotten the Big Breakfast and an iced caramel coffee!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location today.
I ordered a Tall Shaken Espresso and waited patiently, but after a while, I noticed that several people who had ordered after me were already receiving their drinks. Even after waiting quite a long time, my drink never came out.
When I mentioned this to one of the employees, a barista replied, “You’re next,” and then made another customer’s drink before mine. After that, she made my drink within a few seconds and placed it in front of me without saying a single word. no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay.
By that time, everyone who had ordered after me had already received their drinks, and at least six drive-through cars had passed. I truly don’t understand why my drink, which took only seconds to make, had to be delayed for so long.
It’s disappointing to see such behavior from someone in customer service, especially when dealing with visitors. Treating visitors this way doesn’t just reflect poorly on the individual, but also tarnishes the image of the company as a whole.
While waiting, I also noticed that the the barista(who made my coffee) poured about three times more milk than necessary for each drink, used only part of it, and poured the rest(nearly two thirds) down the sink before starting again. The amount of waste was quite shocking.
Moreover, the drink I finally received tasted completely off. It’s hard to believe how inconsistent the flavor could be for the same Starbucks menu item. I believe this is another area that deserves serious attention and improvement.
Proper employee training and more responsible use of resources would be a good place to start.

I stopped at Starbucks on Sage Dr in Cedar City to grab a hot cocoa before heading home from work (3:00 pm).
There was a line at the drive thru, but I thought, no problem, it shouldn’t take long.
I was in the drive thru line a total of 31 MINIUTES!!!! Absolutely ridiculous tat it took that long!
Won’t be going back.

The staff here are truly amazing, adding a personal touch to the experience. As for the coffee, it’s just as good as at any other Starbucks, ensuring that familiar taste we all enjoy.
However, it’s worth noting that seating can be a bit limited, so it might not be the best spot if you’re planning to settle in for a while. Overall, a solid choice for your coffee fix with the bonus of outstanding service.

So much praise for the baristas working their tails off this Sunday morning! This store was slammed when I came in, but they were all so upbeat. They gave a warning of the wait before hand and were proactive in updating the cafe on which orders were being worked on. The only let down was they were out of sugar plum danishes!

Wow, talk about Service! I found myself driving from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles feeling tired and I decided to stop at Starbucks. Haley was nothing short of professional, accommodating, kind, considerate and funny. I definitely will return to the Starbucks on my way back. <3
